Making of all safety arrangements i.e. safety belt, gas mask, gas detector, gum boots, hamlet, gloves ladders, life buoy etc to carry out the work in 6 meter deep aeration sewage tank at Rohini STP
Dewatering of aeration tank No 1 by closing and opening of incoming and outgoing sluice gates with the help of manual labor and required pumping to locate the fallen propeller fan in deposited sludge along with arrangement of dewatering pumps with complete its accessories like panel, cables, pipes, clamps etc. as required as per site requirement for any emergency in existing pumps at site
Providing the temporary wooden fatta/boom/wood platform to execute the work below the gear box in the aeration tank. The job includes taking all above necessary safety precautions during execution the work in the 6 meter deep aeration tank this includes complete risk cover of manpower on contractor’s end.
Dismantle the induction motor after disconnection of electrical connection from the panel & gear box from the site and shifting the same to carry out the work with required mechanical & electrical equipments, tools, men power.
Dismantling of propeller fan SS shaft and taking out the aerator from the aeration with the help of expert manual labour and required tools and tackles with required chain pulley crane to lifting & lowering and shifting the same up to outside the unit at a safe place. The job also includes the dismantling of hollow shaft and propeller fan of aeration unit no-08, this includes complete risk cover of manpower on contractor’s end.
Repairing of the complete propeller fan by welding of MS plates in fan from damage portion. Job including fixing the SS flanges on the both ends as per sample and required SS nut bolts. Proper balancing of propeller fan to vibration free movement during operation and running condition.
Fabrication, supply and Replacement of half rigid coupling made out from MS having holes and bore as per sample and polishing etc
Erection the propeller fan after repair complete with hollow shaft in the aeration chamber of unit no 08 after repairing with the help of required mechanical equipment men power with required chain pulley crane to lifting & lowering and properly fixing in all respect.
Assemble the complete unit of gear box and induction motor with required hardware goods and making all electrical connections.
Testing/Commissioning the same after complete in all respect on No Load/Full Load and trial run for minimum two days
