Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for the system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required :

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal ( Make-Tata Steel/Sail/Jindal ) rectangular/ round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets,elbows,splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet complete as required

Duct tharmal insulation by supplying and fixing of 9mm thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. Sub-Head 4-- Misceleneous Items

Supply, fabrication & fixing 3 Nos. M.S. u-channel of 6mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 40mm) of 1 mtr length for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of ductable split AC incl. drilling 2 Nos. holes in each channel including cutting holes the wall & grouting the same with Cement concrete (1:11/2 :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 50mm x 50mm X 6mm 6mm of 2 Mtr length including supporting angle 50mm x 50mm x 6mm in each platform in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2Nos.(50mm x 50mm x6mm) Angle inserted into the exiting wall. The platform should be baricated with verticle angle of 25mm x 25mm x 6mm of 1 mtr. length, abricated on the surface of each Horizontal channel & Angles & interconneed by 25mm x 25mm x 5mm MS patti. Power Supply - 230V,50Hz ( +Tolerrance as per applicable standard)The scope of work is also includes supply of following (i) Necessary refrigeration copper line with nitrial rubber insulation - 3 mtr (ii) necessary copper cable ( FRLS type - Make Finolex/RRKable/Polycab/Havells/Gloster) - 3mtr. S&F of additional following items for length exceeding 3 mtr for complete installation and commissioning of aboove AC machines.

(i) Supply & Fixing of extra refrigerant pipe with insulation foam insulation (as requisite dia for suction and liquid line )

(ii) 3 core PVC insulated FRLS grade copper cable of requisite size ( make : Finolex/RR Kable/Polycab/Havells/Gloster)

Supply & Fixing of PVC drain pipe (make approved by EIC)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate should be quoted inclusive of all prevailing Taxes & Duties

2. The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

3.Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

4. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
