Preparation of sub grade by excavating earth to an average of 22.5cm depth dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller including making good the undulation etc. and disposal of surplus earth upto 50 Mtrs.

Providing & laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate with good earth including sorting to template and consolidation with road roller 80-100 KN capacity. Base course with (63mm – 45mm size) including good earth in two layers of 75mm thick (consolidated) each.

Providing & laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate screening and binding material including screening, sorting to template and consolidation with power road roller 80-100 KN capacity. Base course with (53mm – 22.40 mm size) including stone screening 11.20 mm size.

Providing and laying of 25mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with specified graded stone aggregates for wearing coat including loading of aggregates with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregates in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to pavers at site of work and laying the mixed material with mechanical pavers finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power road roller to achieve the desired density and compaction including cost of priming coat / tack coat (bitumen used shall be VG-30 and grading of mix shall be as per the relevant clause of MORT&H) density, and all complete including cost of bitumen and all sorts of taxes, all leads, lifts, carriage complete.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Stone aggregate above 40mm size for an avg. lead of 30 Kms.

Stone aggregate /Screening/C. Dust for an avg. lead of 30 Kms.

Earth for an avg. lead of 10 Kms.
