Providing and fixing 8/12 mm thick tongued and grooved wooden flooring made of approved hardwood in required lengths and widths, planed onboth sides, including secret nailing/screwing over wooden battens/joists, complete with necessary screws, nails, adhesive,finishing with sanding and polishing, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing roller blinds of approved make, fabric (blackout /translucent / sunscreen as specified), shade and design, includingaluminium roller tube, side brackets, bottom rail, control mechanism (chain/gear system), fixing accessories, complete in all respects as directedby Engineer-in-Charge.(johnson and other approved make )

Providing and fixing PVC wall panelling of approved make, design and shade,consisting of PVC panels 5 mm thick super heavy fixed over aluminium/wooden framework at required spacing, including all necessary screws, fasteners, joining strips,corner mouldings, finishing trims, complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Grinding, honing and polishing of existing marble stone flooring with machine using required grade abrasives, including filling of joints with matching marble dust and cement slurry, making surface smooth and glossy, complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying PVC sheet/mat flooring of approved make, homogeneous / heterogeneous type, in required colour and design, laid over smooth and properly prepared cement concrete surface using approved adhesive, including rolling, cutting, welding of joints (if required),skirting up to required height, complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.)Anodized aluminum (Anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door,windows, ventilators, shutters and partition with float glass panes of 5.00 mm.

Engaging of labours for demolishing of old deteriorated wooden flooring and cleaning the area and other mislinious work.

Provinding and fixing of Angle Valve 15mm nominal bore of approved quality .(Jaquar, Hindware, Cera, Roca etc)

Provinding and fixing of Pillar Cock 15 mm nominal bore washrooms of approved quality.(Jaquar, Hindware, Cera, Roca etc)
