RequiredThe bidder who will quote more then 25% less, shall invariably upload the ASD in the shape of DD in favour of Commissioner, GHMC along with the tender, failing which their tender will not be considered.

RequiredThe tenders will be evaluated as per GO MS No.294, Dt : 18-07-2020 for the works costing above Rs.5.00 lakhs upto 50.00 lakhs in which the bid capacity of the contractor will be calculated as per formula 3 AN-B, the bid capacity should be greater than ECV for eligibility of the particular work.

RequiredCopy of Annual turnover Certificate of last five financial years issued by CA.

RequiredPayments will be done as per seniority of the bill submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC.

RequiredAgencies shall not depend on payment of part bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills.

RequiredFor all works costing Rs. 20.00 Lakhs and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance.

RequiredViolation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demolition to a lower class / suspension of business / removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue.

RequiredThe participated bidder must upload similar nature of work (Experience certificate), otherwise the tenderer will be rejected.

RequiredThe work is emergency in nature, bidder should submit declaration on Rs.100.00 non-judicial stamp paper that this work will be started immediately after allotment and complete within 3 days, otherwise bidder will be rejected and if delayed in execution of work can be cancelled duly forfeiting the EMD.
