SPECIAL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF CEILING FANS AGAINST BER FOR CERTAIN BLDGS AT INS CHILKA UNDER GE CHILKA

(i) Taking down of ceiling fans and exhaust fans of any size / sweep from its original location and deposit in E/M sotre yard. - Each - 213.00 (ii) Fixing only for exhaust fans, 380mm sweep 1400 rpm, heavy duty, AC single phase, 230 volts including connection with louvers, multistranded copper conductor flexible wire of suitable size from ceiling rose, necessary fixing arrangement i.e. Anchor nut, bolt, washer and grouting and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Exhaust fan will be issued by department. - Each - 53.00 (iii) Fixing only for ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep, AC single phase, 230 volt with multstranded copper conductor flexible wire of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Ceiling fan will be issued by department. - Each - 160.00 (iv) Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring for fan point complete with fittings such as switches, fan regulators and ceiling roses holoder and makig good the disturbed surface on walls ceiling complete all as specifiied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. - Each Point - 40.00 (v) Material & lobour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable through PVC casing and caping with accessories including 01 run of 1.5 sqmm multistranded copper cable unsheathed for earth continuity complete all as specified for one fan / exhaust fan point controlled by one 5 Amp one way switch. - Point - 40.00 (vi) S&F switch paino 5 Amp flush type on way single pole 230 volts all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. - Each - 40.00 (vii) S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite with 3 terminal 65 x 30mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. - Each - 40.00 (viii) Supply and fix of stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type for ceiling fan of any sweep, complete all as specified and as directed. - Each - 40.00 (ix) Supply and fix in replacement unserviceable switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way, 5/6 Amp complete all as specified and as directed. -Each - 50.00 (x) Supply and fix in replacement celing rose, surface bakelite 65 x 30mm, three terminals, complete all as specified and as directed. - Each - 45.00 (xi) Supply and fix in replacement unserviceable of stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type for ceiling fan of any sweep complete all as specified and as directed. - Each - 55.00
