Comprehensive Annual Maintenance: Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of Split type (Inverter and non-Inverter) Air Conditioning units installed at different room / sections at CSIR-IICB, Jadavpur and Salt Lake campus for their effective functioning throughout the period of One (01) year. During CAMC period contractor shall carry out total four (4) service in each AC unit in a year. Means, Quarterly one (1) service in each AC unit. Total four (4) services consist of “Dry Service” and “Wet Service”. Dry Service of each AC unit, three (3) times in a year and Wet Service of each AC unit one (1) time in a year. This work will be including repair / replacement of all necessary spare parts & consumable materials i.e. Refrigerant gas, Capacitor, Compressor, P.C.B. (including inverter P.C.B. for Voltas make & different models ACs), Condenser coil & Evaporator Coil, Runner, Condenser fan motor, Indoor fan motor, etc. Here the scope of work is inclusive of attend the breakdown call as and when require and ensure that all air-conditioning units under the contract are in functional condition.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Inverter Technology Split type AC units (Voltas Make, Model: Voltas 183 V JY/Voltas 183 V SY/ Voltas SAC 185 V CZR) at CSIR-IICB, Jadavpur and Salt Lake campus • 1.5 TR capacity Inverter Split type AC units

Removal of Split type AC units (1.0/1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity): Removal of different makes & models Split type AC units from the specific location and keeping the dismantled AC units to store / place / location as indicated by the Engineer in charge within institute campus (Jadavpur and Salt Lake). This work is inclusive pump down of Compressor for restore the refrigerant gas, removal of existing refrigerant pipe lines, drain line, bracket etc. and making arrangement of covering the holes for split AC pipe lines and blocking of pocket with white cement /putty or ply wooden board and nails (as applicable) as required to meet actual site requirement.

Re-installation of Split type AC Units (1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity): Standard complete Re-installation of existing Split type AC Units (different makes & models) for installation / shifting the same from one place to another place as indicated by the Engineer in charge / Lab in charge within the institute campus (Jadavpur and Salt Lake). This work is inclusive of all necessary work like Overhauling & Servicing (for existing AC units) , Laying & fixing of Copper pipes with insulation & Wrapping tape, Laying & fixing of Electric Wires & Drain Pipes, fixing of bracket, Leak testing, required Refrigerant Gas charging, necessary ply wooden board fixing & painting the same, covering the holes with white cement / putty if any etc. as required to meet actual site requirement for installation of AC units and run smooth functioning of the same .

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRV/VRF system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, wrapping tape, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required : (Similar to Split type AC units works)

Providing suitable size heavy duty Bracket (steel material, L shape, powder coated finish) for fixing of outdoor unit of 1.5 / 2.0-ton capacity AC units.

Providing suitable size hard braided pipe (Dia-3/8", Colour- White / Blue ) for drain line of AC units

Providing suitable Refrigerant Gas (R-22 /33/410 or eco friendly) for different makes & models AC units

Providing Heavy duty Ply wooden Board (thickness 19 mm or above or equivalent) for installation of Split AC units

Providing of 15 Amps , 3 pin Plug Top for Electrical connection

Supply of universal AC remote Compatible with Most of The Brands Like Voltas, Carrier, Blue Star, Weather Makers, Electrolux, Hitachi, LG etc.
