Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light/fan/bell/socket, power point etc) complete , including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfases of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Chage.

M&L for point wiring complete on surface of wall (open) type with two runs of 1.5 sq mm for phase and neutral single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable drawn in and incl PVC Casing and capping ISI Marked with its accessories PVC boxes (upto 18 module suitble for Mylinc series of Legrand including white plates with frame upto 18 module of make suitable for Mylinc Series ) for fixing switches/socket/regulators etc incl 1.5 sq mm single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth & connecting to earth dolly for the following, all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Porper colour coding shall be adopted for wiring (For Phase- Red, Yellow, Blue, For Earth - Green and For Neutral- Black) 2.Wiring shall be done as per complaints recd from user only on required basis it is not necessary to do whole wiring of any whole bldg 3. M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. Earth pit not less than 2.25 m depth and top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts & washer etc. Earth wire connected upto main earth point / DBs alongwith 15mm dia earth protection pipe from top edge of the earth plate to main earth point to be connected and 20mm dia watering pipe light grade with funnel and provn of PCC using cement concrete (1:2:4) mix type B1 using granded stone aggregate and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick precost RCC (1:2:4) mix type B1 duly reinforced with 8 mm dia of TMT bar @ 100 mm CIC, both way, lifting arrangement complete including all necessary earth work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking out/down and opening of existing ceiling fans 1200 mm sweep,from any position, of any make etc & refixing at the desired location after reassembling and after servicing/overhauling by thouroghly cleaning the shaft,rotor,stator and applying lubricant/grease to bearings and one coat of super enamelled varnish over winding to improve the insulation resistance including repair /replacement of spare parts/ material /items , making connection by replacing PVC insulated unsheathed cable of copper conductor of size 1.50 Sqmm upto 0.50 Mtr length including using material/parts of minor nature such as screws, lugs, insulation tape, nuts, bolts, washers etc after cleaning the metal surface, greasing/lubricant etc to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of ceiling fans 1200 mm sweep, of any make by cleaning of metal surfaces including painting with spray painting on required gloss with white synthetic enamel paint on complete body of fans and writing MES No with black synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
