Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of guage n. exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position(above/below of ground level) not otherwise specifically provided as in sunken floor, plinth protection, roof kerb, foundation etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1;4:8 ), Type D2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling, sub base and mass concrete with raising existing PCC if any, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Prepolished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx20-22mm thick, set, jointed and pointed and in need cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment and including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick laying floor finished in cement mortor 1:6 including dismantling of existing tiles if any complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement, no pigment & joints filled with sand including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & lobour for 25 mm Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of Rolled mild steel Gde Fe-410-W Gde E-250 Quality-A in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins crane gantries, joist, channel, steel tube, rails & fastenings & heavy brackets framimg (Beam, tee, angle, Coulmn, Gusset Plates, channel, Hollow square/Rectangular or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats with riveted, bolted or welded attachment etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling framed work timber scantlings 40sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing asbestos cement sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 14 above but except bricks (old dismantled serviceable bricks obtained from Srl item No 13 shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar)

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls on concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc from walls and ceiling surfaces of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work and finishing surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall surface complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returing filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth arround in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete louvers and jali 1:2:4 type B-O (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in jalie 25 mm thick set in cement plaster in CM (1:4) including taking down complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F mild steel angle iron work as in fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping/band and bed block etc incl necessary formwork,weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, embedded in natural ground, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 26. above but embedded in concrete, brick work etc.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanized fencing, any size or type weighting complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel round bars 10 mm dia, Fe 290, Grade E-165, cut to length, bend to shape required and hooking ends for fixing to chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screw end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, diameter of bolts 16 mm, length of bolt exc. 5 not exc. 10 cm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut 16-18 mm with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.5 sqm area fixed in cement mortar 1:4 with and including one number SS clamps (grade - 202) of flat-30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener,polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment. and demolition of existing work.

M&L for 16-18mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and mirror polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall with any height) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, cutting polishing rounding on edge etc machine cut, bedded, jointed with grey cement slurry, holding with brass screw including demolition of existing stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete includung 20 mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing stone work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid designer heavy duty tile of size 400mm x 400mm on footpath etc, 12mm thick coloured outdoor set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement and pigment as in path/ floor, pattern of tiles as approved by GE over and including 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6 including demolition of existing tiles and screed complete all as specified and directed.
