Extension of casing Pipe for 3 Pipelines of Dia 18 inch, 18 inch and 12 inch at same Mainline Pipe location near Maranchi (Bihar) at Rampur Dumri Railway Crossing.

Providing shuttering with bamboo, tin plates to avoid collapse ofexcavated stacked earth in excavated trench. Continuous shuttering ofheight 2m & requierd length on each side of the trench is to be made toprevent collapse of trench. Length of shuttering will be decided as persite requirement and as per direction of EIC/ Site Engineer.

Removal of logged or seepage water by continuous dewatering with Dewatering Pump: providing diesel engine driver (of capacity not less than 05 HP) water pump set including mobilisation and demobilisation charges, Operator, fuel, hose length of suction / discharge side of atleast 50 meter for continuous functioning of the same or by carrying out manually at site as per requirement of site and direction of EIC/ Site Engineer.

Transporting, fabricating and welding of sleeve/(s) as per specification & including transporting the same to the site and priming the outer surface, fixing, with clamping to sleeves over on mainline pipe (for extention of existing casing - full encirclement sleeves) and welding of the sleeves as per API 1104 code & ANSI B 31.4-1979 and as per specification mentioned elsewhere in the contract including supply of all labour, tools & tackles, equipments, consumables etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction and to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge/ Site engineer, 18"OD, 24"OD pipe are to be lifted from BKPL, Barauni for sleeve preparation (Unit: Running per meter of welding).

"COATING REFURBISHMENT: removal of old coat & wrap and making surface preparation by sand /copper blasting conforming to SA 2-1/2, followed by fresh primer of required DFT with the help of painting brush of approved quality along the pipe and on touch drying of the primer, applying one layer of Owner supplied inner tape, followed by second application of owner supplied outer tape as per tender specifications and /or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ Site Engineer pipeline of size(12", 18",20"), other material including tools ,tackles, manpower, consumables,testing and inspection etc in all respect will be supplied by the contractor.

Supply and installation of HDPE Casing Insulator (Interlocking type without metalic nut and bolts) including fitting of the same at every meter as per direction of EIC/ Site Engineer.[For 12" OD pipe]

Supply and installation of HDPE Casing Insulator (Interlocking type without metalic nut and bolts) including fitting of the same at every meter as per direction of EIC/ Site Engineer.[For 18" OD pipe]

Supply & installation of casing end seal for carrier pipe having size 12" & casing having size 18" as per technical specification.

Supply & installation of casing end seal for carrier pipe having size 18" & casing having size 24" as per technical specification.

Vent pipes: Supply of all materials necessary for fabrication and installation of vent pipes, at the locations as per specifications, excavating & grouting in cement concrete 1:2:4, and all other works necessary for fabrication & installation including cleaning, priming & applying two coats of coaltar based epoxy paint on underground portions, supply and application of onecoat of primer and two coats of epoxy paint of approved colour andquality on above ground portion, stencil letter cutting for number,direction, chainage etc. and restoration of site to original conditionand all other acts, deeds, matters and things and work, labour, inputs and materials/consumables necessary to perform and compte the work in all respects as per approved drawing & specifications and as per direction of Site Engineer /Engineer-in-Charge.

Test Lead Point : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Test Lead Point (TLP) fabricated MS Sheet (Thickness : 3 mm top/side/rear/front & 5 mm : Bottom plates) with hinged front door, Heavy Guage MS pipe 100 mm nominal diameter, Phenolic laminated terminal plate, brass terminal bolts, neoprene gasket for front door, vandal proof concealed lock, etc as per latest revision of Standard AFC drawing (9200-99900-404-603-00 : STD-483). The work includes providing requisite concrete foundation of 600 mm x 600 mm x 800 mm at site, including MS hard pipe for cable entry through foundation, erection of the TLP over concrete foundation, termination of cables to the brass terminal bolts inside TLP box, jointing the cables to pipe (using cad welding/ pin brazing technique), repairing the damage to coat & wrap (with coating repair etc.), back filling the trenches, cleaning the site, applying epoxy paint / powder coating etc. The work also includes supply, installation, laying & termination of all XLPE, Cu cables of required length (as per site conditions) and size, lugs etc. The work includes supply and fixing of a non-corrosive name plate containing the details like KM location, identification, TLP No., direction of flow, connection scheme, type etc., on the side of the TLP box, etc. The name plate shall also include the details of corrosion coupon wherever installed, all as per the direction and specification detailed in the document complete with tools, tackles & other necessary requirement. The work complete in all respects including all materials, tools, tackles, labour as per tender specifications, AFC drawings & directions of the Site Engineer/Engineer-In-Charge. [Type-D TLP]
