Charges for cleaning of spilled coal, coal powder and coal slurry in conveyor -1to4 tail end, return floor, head end and Belt feeder 1to4 floor and removing coal choke in conveyors 1to4 and Belt feeders 1to4 discharge chutes, cleaning of equipments like, gearboxes, fluid coupling, Plummer blocks, stair cases, decking sheets etc. Note: The work should be carried out as when required as per instruction of incharge at site and area keep & tidy throughout the day.
Charges for checking of oil level, oil topping in gear box, inspection and cleaning of breather in gear box of Conveyor-1to4 and Belt Feeder-1to4.
Charges for oil level and oil topping in fluid coupling, checking of tightness of bolts & nuts, checking and adjusting scrapper and skirt rubber and replacement of scrapper and skirt rubber if necessary in Conveyor-1to4 and Belt feeder-1to4 and inspection of tension screw and replacement of tension screw if necessary in Belt Feeder-1to4.
Charges for removing carrying idler of size 159.3 mm dia x 600 mm long, impact idler of size of 193.7 mm dia x 600 mm long, Belt feeder idlers size of 193.7mm dia x 1400mm long and 193.7 mm dia x 250mm long from the stand and assembling the new / reconditioned idler as set and re fixing in the appropriate place and charges for idler drawl & devolution at central stores etc. (Idler, bolt, nut & TANGEDCO Lorry/crane for material drawl will be provided by TANGEDCO at free of cost)
Charges for removing the worn out return rollers garland type in Conveyors - 1to4 size of 159 mm dia x 900 mm long (2Nos/set), from the stand and assembling the new/ reconditioned rollers with U clamp, pin and plates as set and re fixing in the appropriate place and charges for material drawl / devolution of central stores etc. (idler, bolt, nut, U clamp, pin, plates and TANGEDCO Lorry /crane for material drawl will be provided by TANGEDCO at free of cost) 5 sets can be removed and re fixed in one shift.
Charges for fabrication and welding of skirt board mother plate & divider plates in chutes of Conveyor -1to4, Belt Feeder-1to4 including cost of consumables and charges for material drawl / devolution at central stores. (TANGEDCO Lorry /crane will be provided for material drawl / devolution at free of cost)
Charges for cleaning, positioning and welding the worn out liner plates/ wear plate and its weldment in Conveyor– 1to4 and Belt feeder – 1 to 4 discharge chute, skirt plates etc.
Cost of SS welding electrode dia 4mm x 350 mm grade 308-16 required for welding liner plate.
Charges for removing the coal slurry from slurry sump tank and loading the coal slurry into adjacent running conveyor.
Charges for cleaning of coal from conveyor take up tower and loading in the adjacent Belt Feeder with required consumables and T&P’S etc.
Charges for cleaning of cable and cable trays.
