(Confirming as per IS:4020). The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having screw holding capacity. Door to be fixed to frame with 3 nos. Note : The provision of finial/end cap shall be as per site requirement and as directed. The cost of end cap/finial shall be deemed included in the per running meter cost as per the size of door / window.

S&F in repair Pelmet for blinds, made out of 18mm thick MDF Boards, exposed edges of the pelmet shall be finished in approved Laminate. The pelmet shall be in reversed "U" shape and shall be 200mm wide and up to the nearest Horizontal Mullion. The rate quoted shall be including fixing the pelmet with GI support @ 1200mm c/c anchor bolted to the structural ceiling etc., complete as per detail drawings. Factory pressed Lamiante, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vertical venetian blinds of approved shade. The blinds to be fixed and commissioned as per manufactures specification, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Semi circular of width 15 to 25 mm and depth 15 to 25mm of each line of multilines POP work at wall as per drawing and as dircted by GE including prepartion of existing wall surface and putty work for finishing smooth. Painting with plastic plastic emulsion paint in two coats over primer over fininshed POP surface as per drawing/picture complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be executed as per drawings and concept pictures as produced by Engg in charge.

M&L in repair for rectangular of width 100mm and depth 25 to 35 mm POP work at wall as per drawing including prepartion of existing surface wall and as dircted by GE including putty work for finishing smooth. Dismantling of wall jali/ board of any type and shape with frame work and prepared the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the floor including grinding, rubbing and polishing (granite finish) and exposed edges of Kota stone shall be rounded complete over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite stone (mirror polished) of 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the floor including grinding, rubbing and polishing (granite finish) and exposed edges of stone shall be rounded complete over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite stone any type machine cut at vertical surface, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admisture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and including rounded edges with shade of granite complete and including rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC wall/ ceiling panel of any type and shape with frame work and prepared the surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC 12mm thick soild Wall/ ceiling laminated panel/ board of multi colour as directed by GE for commercial uses panel suitably placed in wall/ceiling with furring channel grid @ specing 300mm c/c fied to wall/celing with ss screw and plug complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be executed as per drawings and concept pictures as produced by Engg in charge.

S&F plain/ tiny holes white Calcium Silicate Ceiling Tiles of size 595x595x6mm, Fire Resistance, Light Reflectance more than 80%, Thermal Conductivity, Humidity Resistance, less weight not more than 5 Kgs/m2 as in false ceiling ith staples on snap grid complete all as specified and directed. S&F Powder coated aluminium snap gridframe work for false ceiling of size 600x600mm complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be executed as per drawings and concept pictures as produced by Engg in charge. Note: (a) Srl Item No 04.00 to 08.00, 11.00 to 13.00, 15.00, 39.00 to 42.00, 44.00 to 46.00, 49.00 & 53.00 to 64.00 of BOQ are major items for the subject tender and material in respect of these items shall be procured within one month after placing of work order and produced before Engg in Charge alongwith original purchase vouchers as per direction of Garrison Engineer and shall obtain a certificate from Engg in charge that material in respect of above mentioned items have been submitted in the office of Engg in charge in their safe custody. (b) Materials in respect of Freakishly low declared items if any at the time of acceptance of contract shall be procured within one month after placing of work order and submit the same in the office of Engg in charge alongwith original purchase vouchers in their safe custody and shall obtain a certificate from Engg in charge.
