Providing & laying required size of glazed tiles with DESIGN PRINTED for display of Logo (Satinfinish) in dado set in CM 1:3 with joints so as to form a true & even surface and joints finished neatly with white cement mixed with matching pigments all complete as directed. (Rate should include base plastering with CM 1:5 of required thickness). The rate shall include cost of customized printing at top of the tile all complete as the details given by National Health Mission Haryana/ HLL directed. Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board confirming to IS; 12823 grade 1 type II in panelling fixed in aluminium doors. Providing & fixing Vitrified Tiles 600 x 600mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note: - Tile shall be premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA,SOMANI, ORIENT BELL, JOHNSON, RAK AND SIMPOLO. (HSR 14.89) Note:- 1. The contractor shall provide tiles of double charge, 1st quality of reputed make mentioned in DNIT & nothing extra will be paid on this account. 2. Providing & fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to I.S. 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colors, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete. (b) Size of ceramic Glazed Tiles 300 x 450mm of reputed manufacturer like: - RAK, NITCO, KAJARIA shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in shelves excluding steel reinforcement, but including centring and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respect. (HSR 10.81 + 10.95 (a)

Providing and laying Baroda Green marble stone 17mm and above thick in risers of step, skirting, dado, pillars and wall lining included matching the grains of marble slab in any pattern as specified laid over 12mm thick cement sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of marble including rubbing and polishing. The sample shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge for all heights/ storey. (HSR 14.98)

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coats on old distempered work. (HSR 16.60)

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge).
