Provision for Laying of stone boulders Size 40-100mm for Providing Base of Cement concrete, including leveling, ramming, compacting with watering for prepare proper Base of lime concrete including labour & material etc complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 C. Sand : 6 Stone Agg. 20mm nominal size) in base including curing, compaction etc.

Providing and laying (DPC) in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Random rubble stone Masonry in foundation of dwarf wall with combination 1:1:1 (1lime: 1surkhi: 1C.sand) lime, surkhi, C.sand mortar & matching with original red stone in lead 200mtr etc. complete in all respect.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade : 13.62.1 Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Provision for Recess pointing on R.R. Stone masonry dwarf wall, in lime, surkhi, Corse sand, mortar 1:1:1 (1unslacked lime:1surkhi:1corse sand) including curing etc. complete.

Provision for erecting and dismantling of wooden/tubler scaffolding including cartage charges of Scaffolding material from store to site & back to store after completion of work.

Provision for hiring charge of water tanker form source to site for work execution approx lead 7km.(4000 liter capacity)
