M&L for rendering CM (1:6) 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces etc including finished even and smooth without using extra cement up to four storey height bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick walls incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the debries outside the MOD land up to four storey height bldg complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coat of distemper on wall/ceiling over with 3mm thick elastomeric wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of new plaster on walls and applying exterior two or more coats of APEX/WEATHER over 3mm putty including priming coat of exterior primer applied complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying exterior two or more coats of APEX/WEATHER over 3mm putty including priming coat of exterior primer applied complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slab and granite of any description or thickness in floors etc and removing the debries outside the MOD land up to four storey height bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), for laying of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L pure black Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm (+-2mm) thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including moulded ofnedges grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade to match the shade of marble stone including moulded ofnedges grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles (rubber moulded with gloshy finishing) with grey cemet and pigments 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with 15mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) including dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F precast machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade of any shape and size confirming to IS -15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved including dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises including scrap trown out of MoD Land complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300X 450X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match incl back plaster 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for exterior (out door) wall tiles 350mX250mmX7 to 8mm or 350X 450X 7mm to 8mm thick on vertical surface, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with tiles incl back plaster 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 with WPC including dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L Machine pre polished cut kota stone slab 20 mm(+-2mm) thick in tread of steps, and similar over cement screed 20 mm thick in cm 1;4 base laid and jointed with grey slurry mixed with pigment to match the slab including rubbing 0ver CM 1:4:8 PCC 40MM thick and polishing as per and dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

All as per item no.26 above but riser on stair case, skirting on walls etc incl the surface with . jointed with grey slurry mixed with pigment to match the slab including rubbing and polishing as per complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for dholpur stone thickness 25 to 30 mm cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.5 sqm area fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade -202) of flat-30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment. incl back plaster 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 including taking down of stone slab & mortor any thikness or any size and removing from MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in Plinth Protection/hard standin/path using 40 mm stone aggregate including making joints & filling with sand bitumen mastic as per incliding dismentling complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes150mm bore laid in trenches and jointed as specified

S&F for PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm single socketed, in any length with solvent cement joints fixed to walls/laid in floors incl stack clamps of stainless steel with bolts & nuts etc necessasary fittings bend complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150 mm dia SWG pipe complete all as specified & directed.

M & L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in Floors and pavings, including making joints & filling with sand bitumen masticetc all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair factory made SFRC manhole / drain cover (Grade M-25) heavy duty cover slab in rectangular shape of size as required, 80 mm thick incl MS sheet 2 mm thick all around the cover including demolition of cover, complete spefcified and directed by Engr - in - charge.
