DISMANTLING WORKS

Appointment of reputed registered Archiect and Interior designer to prepare 3D views as per site requirement and existing approved 3D design, issue of GFC drawings with MEP inputs, selection of material, site visit min weekly once giving directions and instriuctions to all contractors/sub contractos and more as per requirment as and when work needs, attending offical meetings and briefing, market visit for selection of material complete as directed and instructed.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead:

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Removing existing Metal Compactors for induvidual block incluing its railing and accessories

Reinstalltion of above removed MS Compactors at required location including its accessories and addingg and damaged accessories to make it functional through expert agency complete as directerd and instructed
