Repair and maintenance of 630 KVA Transformer installed at near main gate of BSF campus Paloura under Ftr HQ BSF Jammu

Dismantling/disengaging of the existing faulty 630 kVA, 11 kV/0.433 kV, 3-phase, 50 Hz, AC distribution transformer from its outdoor installation site, loading, providing necessary mechanical transport and crane service, including shifting and unloading at the workshop for repairs; providing, installing, connecting, testing, and commissioning a temporary 630 kVA transformer on a hire/rental basis to maintain continuous power supply during the repair period; carrying out complete rewinding of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) windings using fresh electrolytic copper wire of appropriate gauge, re-shifting the repaired transformer back to the site, re-installing on the existing foundation, making all primary/secondary cable and busbar connections, testing on load, commissioning, and handing over the system fully functional, including all necessary tools, tackles, labor, leads, and lifts etc. as required and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of complete set of HV bushes and LV bushes including acessaries like oil seal , gasket etc complete as required.

Filling of new EHV grade transformer oil after dehydration etc complete as required as per direction of engineer in charge.

Fabrication of tank, servicing of Bucholz relay & its related parts and painting of the transformer container, radiator, conservator tank and Cleaning of the Transformer and Heating of core, core assembly etc as required as per direction of engineer in charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Maintenance of substation area with Providing and laying of specified grade stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Buyback of burnt / defective copper wire from the existing tranformer.

Buyback of burnt tranfromer oil from the existing tranformer.
