Location I (Lifts Make - OTIS Manning) Phase-I buildings MH Kirkee

Outsourcing of services for operation, Safeguarding of passenger Lift of capacity 20 passenger, 1360 kG carrying capacity, G+3 & G+4 floor storey building, (04 Nos) Make : OTIS with various connected electrical, mechanical equipment for monitoring of proper functioning of equipment by employing experienced Lift operator for operation. ( 02 operator x 02 shifts i.e one for each shift). The installation shall be manned on all days including sundays & holidays. The person employed by the contractor shall possess knowledge of operation, necessary tools and safety precaution to operate the lift/control panels including carrying out the normal maintenance of the lift, keeping the lift room, car, Lift well clean all as specified and as directed. Location : MH Kirkee (North side Phase-I bldg) Lift No -01 (Shift 01 - 0600 am to 1400 hrs & Shift 02- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs)

Outsourcing of services for operation, Safeguarding of passenger Lift of capacity 20 passenger, 1768 KG carrying capacity, G+3 & G+4 floor storey building, Make : ECE with various connected electrical, mechanical equipment for monitoring of proper functioning of equipment by employing experienced Lift operator for operation. ( 02 operator x 02 shifts i.e one for each shift). The installation shall be manned on all days including sundays & holidays. The person employed by the contractor shall possess knowledge of operation, necessary tools and safety precaution to operate the lift/control panels including carrying out the normal maintenance of the lift, keeping the lift room, car, Lift well clean all as specified and as directed. Location : MH Kirkee (Phase-II bldg Near officer ward) Lift No -05 (Shift 01 - 0600 am to 1400 hrs & Shift 02- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs)

Location III (Manning and Repairs of Lift and crane at Insp Org in Aundh camp)

Out sourcing of services for operation, Safeguarding of passenger Lift of capacity , 1000 KG carrying capacity, G+3 floor storey building, Make: Eros Elevator with various connected electrical, mechanical equipment for monitoring of proper functioning of equipment by employing experienced Lift operator for operation. ( 01 operator x 01 shift). The installation shall be manned on all days from 0830 Hrs to 1700 Hrs except Sundays & Holidays. The person employed by the contractor shall possess knowledge of operation, necessary tools and safety precaution to operate the lift/control panels including carrying out the normal maintenance of the lift, keeping the lift room, car, Lift well clean all as specified and as directed. Location : Insp Org CQA (EE) Technical Building P-69 (Shift 01 - 0830 am to 1700 hrs )

Notes for Item No. 1 to 1.05, 2 to 2.07 and 3.01:-

Lift operator having minimum 4 years experience in Lift operation and shall be well conversant about the lift functioning, trouble shooting, rules & regulations and able to maintain all documents and read and record readings. Experience certificate alongwith police verification report shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-charge.

General Note :-

(a) The lift operator shall be in proper dress with the logo of contractor's firm and name plate with proper identity card issued by the firm.

(b) Printed Log Sheet shall be provided and maintained by the contractor properly as per the format approved by E.I.C at no extra cost and will be submitted to the office as desired duly signed by all concerned.

(c) Any breakdown/fault of lifts and other faults in system should be reported immediately to concerned JE/Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Daily cleaining and upkeep shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

(e) Insurance of the employed person shall be carried out by contractor at his own cost from any insurance company, approved by IRDA and the copy of the same will be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge.

Location IV (Manning and Repairs of Lift at CQA (EE) Adm building in Aundh camp)

Carrying out fortnightly maintenance operation (Proforma-1), Monthly maintenance (Proforma-2), Quarterly maintenance (Proforma-3) and Annual maintenance (Proforma-4) for the Lift (Location Lift No-01 at MH Kirkee Phase-I building near MI Room) including replacement of all types of guide shoes, door shoes, door roller, door coupler, push buttons (car and all floors) along with necessary wiring. Welding of cracks, broken MS parts, Tightening of hand rails, replacement of broken acrylic sheet, floor mat, Buffer spring on lift pit as per site requirement. Replacement of of cabin lamp, Lift well lamp door belt and chain, and adjustments of all moving parts, checking the functionality of safety devices to maintain the lift in functional condition all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Location: CQA (EE) Adm building.

Notes for Item No. 5.01:-

(a) The tenderer shall have licence issued by state government for the period of contract. The quoted rate is deemed for obtaining/renewing licence of the above lifts installed at CQA (EE) complex. The tenderer shall follow the Maharashtra State lifts acts amended time to time.

(b) The quoted rate is deemed to be included for testing by PWD licence senior lift technician once in a year all as specified

(c) Complete lift inspection by Govt Lift inspector at the time of commencement of work & then after Six months for the lift required to be carried out to ensure that requirement is properly adjusted & in safe operation condition. Contractor should make his own arrangement for test at site all as specified and directed.

(d) All spares to be replaced by the contractor must be as per specified make or as per existing make as recommended by OEM. Labour cost for fixing the spare parts is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(e) Maintenance shall be carried out as per manufactures manual.

(f) M&L for periodical maintenance like oiling greasing etc as per manufacturers instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

(g) Quote rates shall be deemed to check/inspect fortnightly monthly quarterly etc all as per particular specification

(h) The tenderer shall submit memorandum of understanding )MOU/undertaking) from the original equipment manufacturer in respect of items for lift make – ECE/OTIS elevator to provide technical support & trained persons for maintenance & testing or the tenderer shall have lift maintenance license issued by Chief Engineer PWD Maharashtra State as per Lift Act 1939 for quoting the tender and same shall be uploaded alongwith the tender

(j) Any major and minor break downs shall be attended even after working hours and keep the machinery/Lift in working condition.

(e) Insurance of the employed person shall be carried out by contractor at his own cost from any insurance company, approved by IRDA and the copy of the same will be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge.

Replace of unserviceable cabin fan from car cabin supply and fix cabin fan non oscillating type axial flow, single speed 300 sweep 240 volt ISI marked with grill complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge Make VBM/CINI

Dismantling and taking out gear box assembly from main machine for repairs/replacement of unserviceable/worn out parts such as worn wheel, worn shaft, bushes, thrust bearing and pedestal bearing and necessary packing including overhauling , cleaning alignment of gear box assembly and after repairs/replacement or worn out part assembly and refixing with existing machine with proper alignment and testing complete etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for G+3 bldg. Location CQA (EE) technical building

Supply and fixing of R-CAM complete set all all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for G+3 bldg. Location CQA (EE) technical building

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces and spray painting of crane with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade including writing of SM/MES No in bold letters all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Location CQA (EE) P-75 bldg, Boad shed P-57 bldg
