REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF ROOF TREATMENT GI / AC SHEET VALLEY GUTTER AND FALSE CEILING AT TECHNICAL AREA AND OLD PROJECT AREA AT AF STN MANAURI.

Taking down cement plaster on brick / stone surface of wall built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepare surface to receive new plaster complete

M & L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new surfaces and applying 2 coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 (@ 3% by weight of cement) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface alongwith WPC and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed Note:-WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on newly surface of wall including cornics preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoions, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exec 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for preparation of old steel surface exceeding 10 Cm width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer etc. complete all as specified & directed by EIC.

M & L for preparation of new Steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position in unframed work.

M & L for Second class hard-wood in scantlings complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate , as in coping with using necessary form work etc complete.

M & L for provn of roof treatment with APP polymeric water proofing membrane all as per given below specifications:- (a) Cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. (b) M&L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384-1986 @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm and allow to dry. (d) Applying 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane having wt 3.2 to 3.5 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface as per manufacturer instructions and over laps 10cm and 15cm longitudinal and trasverse directions respectively and sealed by flame torch, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and grove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (e) Applying bituminous based aluminium paint over membrane @ 0.2 Kg/Sqm in two coats all as per specification and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for provn of roof treatment with APP polymeric proofing membrane with roof tiles all as given below specifications :- (a) Cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. (b) M & L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Applying a coat of bituminous based primer conforming to IS:3384-1986 @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and allow to dry. (d) Applying 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane having wt 3.2 to 3.5 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface as per manufacturer instructions and over laps 10cm and 15cm longitudinal and trasverse directions respectively and sealed by flame torch, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and grove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (e) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (f) Blinded with coarse sand dry @ 0.50 to 1 Kg/Sqm (g) Screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:4 as in beddding layers using 100% coarse sand. (h) M & L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick roof tiles, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in terraces over screed bed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in roof padding( approx avg 30 mm thick)etc all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of AC (corrugated/semi corrugated) sheet/PGI/CGI in roof covering including ridges all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M & L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with L-type or screws J-type or cranked hook boltscomplete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F AC Serrated ridge two pieces adjustable 6mm thick for corrugated or semi corrugated AC sheets fixed with L/J type hook or cranked hook bolt all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and making good to disturb surface, all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridge to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Repair of valley gutter joint filling with M seal all as specified and directed by engineer - in -charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specefied and directed by E-in-Charge. (Fe- 410W Grade-E-250 quality A).

M/L 2nd class hard wood plain fillets square, rectangular or trangular in section, clean sawn se-cured with nails or brads area exc 6 and n.exc 13 sqcm

M & L for preparation of surfaces and appling two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer on wooden surface of any description n exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint on new wooden surfaces.

S & F in repairs for 4mm thick non asbestos cement plain building boards in ceilings fixed to timber frame work with screws etc and including preparation of surface & applying two coat of white wash complete as specified.

S&F in repairs gypsum board 12 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed.(Except grids).

S&F in repairs gypsum board 12mm thick in ceiling over and including anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605x605m complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of ceiling surface and applying two coat of OBD over a coat of putty a required and as directed.

S&F in repair cement building board/designer E-board only with all finishes size 595x595mm fixed in ceiling required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs grid false ceiling in GI system powder coated prelude main runner section 38x24x0.40mm, cross 'T' 28x24x0.40 mm wall angle 24x24x0.40mm and including providing and fixing 4mm thick non asbestos fibre fire resistant cement building board/designer E-board with all finishes size 595x595mm fixed in ceiling frame work with all necessary hanging washers, expansion holding fasterners etc for securing framework to ceiling wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs grid false ceiling in GI system powder coated prelude main runner section 38x34x0.40mm, cross 'T' 28x24x0.40 mm wall angle 24x24x0.40mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 6 to 8mm thick poly carbonate sheet of any shape and size including in roof coverings incl ridges etc complete as specified & directed.

S/F in repairs 110 mm PVC (SWR) Pipes single socketed in any length with with rubber rings joints fixed to wall/floors complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) single T equal or unequal 110mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75mm PVC SWR pipes single socketed in any length lwith rubber ring and fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius 75mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) Junction single , single T equal or unequal 75mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
