M & L for Lifting of submersible pump & motor of capacity 10 HP to 17.5hp after disconnecting it from column pipes, submersible cable, decoupling motor & pump and disconnecting from the delivery line & transportation of submersible pump & motor to workshop and back, for necessary repair & replacement of unserviceable parts, including. bolts, nuts, washers, gaskets etc, duly cleaning and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer & reassembling the same including testing, lowering & commissioning of submersible pump & motor complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for cleaning of internal surfaces of OHT 12500 Gallon capacity with water using high speed water jet and evacuate water from the tank with suction pumps, clean all the surfaces of inside of tank so as to dislodge the layers of the dirt, take out the dislodged dirt with a sludge pump including sterilise the tank with BIO DEGRADABLE and ECO FRIENDLY ANTI BACTERIAL age, SAFE for drinking water, expose the surface of tank to special ULTRA VIOLET RAYS for some time which terminate the FLOATING WAVE LENGTHS if any including writing date of cleaning at bottom of OHT using synthetic enamelled paint of white colour over black background with letters of size 100mm height x 100mm width complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of internal surfaces of underground sewage water tank of dimension radius 2 metre and depth 5.5 metre (internal) dewatering, cleaning and desludging the sewage water pump by manually digging out and lifting of concentrated sludge, mud from bottom of the tank and depositing 50 m away where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above GL complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of internal surfaces of underground sewage water tank of dimension radius 2 metre and depth 7 metre (internal) dewatering, cleaning and desludging the sewage water pump by manually digging out and lifting of concentrated sludge, mud from bottom of the tank and depositing 50 m away where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above GL complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Development of borewell by air compressor for at least 24 hours and till the time clean water comes of potable quality, free from sand/ mud etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(Note:- (i) Test certificate shall must be submitted before claiming any payment, duly defaced by the Engineer- In - Charge).

Note: Spare parts such as GM bush etc shall be measured and paid separately.
