Repair/Maint of GI water lines including fitting, fixtures, cleaning of OHT and connected items at NKP, 8LU, 11 ASC, 3 AFSR, Site C area at AF Stn under GE (AF) Borjhar

M&L for cleaning of building service tanks PVC of OMQ and SMQ area, exe. 250 litres and not exe. 500 litres capacity situated at various places through mechanical tank cleaning process by involving the following five stages of cleaning and process shall be carried out as given below:- (i) De-watering PVC tank through wash out pipe completely. (ii) Total removal of sludges by suction pumps completely . (iii) Cleaning of walls, ceiling and floor by high pressure jet of 80-180 bar pressure & inspecting for craks if any. (iv) Removal of additional sludge by industrial vacuum pump completely. (v) Antibacterial treatment inside of the tank to make it complete bacteria free. Note:- (a) The entire work should be carried out by TANK CLEAN process by any franchises or M/S TANK CLEAN (Pvt) Ltd or any other MES approved firm having equivalent technology. (b) Entire T&P should be arranged by the contractor at their own. Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at stipulated rate. (c) (i) Date of cleaning, (ii) Due date of cleaning (iii) GE (AF) Borjhar, should be written over the outer surface of tank by synthetic enamel paint with lettering not less than 100mm height. the cost of the same is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted unit rate of cleaning of tank.

All as per Serial item No.1 here-in-before but capacity of tank exc. 500 litres and not exc. 1000 litres.

Disconnecting of old existing tanks of any description exc. 250 litres and n. exc. 500 litres capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 3 here-in-before but exc. 500 litres and n. exc. 1000 litres capacity.

S&F for 500 liters capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top cover) as per IS-12701-1996, hoisted and fixed in position complete all specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note : The cost of accessories like inlet & outlet pipe, ball valve, air vent pipe, etc. shall be measured & paid separately.

S&F for 20mm bore ball brass valve, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 1000 liters capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top cover) as per IS-12701-1996, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note : The cost of accessories like inlet & outlet pipe, ball valve, air vent pipe shall be measured & paid separately.

S&F for 25mm bore ball brass valve, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

S&F as in repairs lid for polyethylele water storage tank, exc. 250 litres and n.exc.500 litres capacity including fixing PTMT nut/binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs lid for polyethylele water storage tank exc. 500 litres and n. exc.1000 litres capacity including fixing PTMT nut/binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing of size 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing of size 15mm bore and connections with new or old position such as walls, ceiling, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Steel water tubes obtained from Serial item No. 11 above shall be used.

Supply and laying 15mm bore tubes, galvainzed steel, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete on walls and ceilings or laid in floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing of size 20mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing of size 20mm bore and connections with new or old position such as walls, ceiling, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Steel water tubes obtained from Serial item No. 14 above shall be used.

Supply and laying 20mm bore tubes, galvainzed steel, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete on walls and ceilings or laid in floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing of size 25mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing of size 25mm bore and connections with new or old position such as walls, ceiling, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Steel water tubes obtained from Serial item No. 14 above shall be used.

Supply and laying 25mm bore tubes, galvainzed steel, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete on walls and ceilings or laid in floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs 20mm outer dia of pipe, ISI marked, 3 layer PP-R (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) pipe, concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stablized and anti-microbial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fittings, such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back-nuts capps, plugs, unions, etc., laying in trenches/floors/ducts or fixing to walls, etc, and also cutting of pipes as required complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No 20 here-in-before but 25mm outer dia of pipe.

S&F as in repairs 20mm bore ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 22 here-in-before but 25mm bore ball valve (Minimum weight 455 gms)

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in platform over roof for PVC tanks finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls for inserting water pipe line and making good to dismantled portion by filling cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc half brick but n. exc. one brick thick, finished the surface as existing complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacture's instructions, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) of size 350mm x 250mm x 7mm/ 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces, such as dado, skirtings, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
