Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 10mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 5mm thick in cemet mortar 1:3 as on ceilings or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc 1.5 Sqm incl cutting holes and making good reqd shape for hold fast block for new frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door Frame/Chowkhat of size 125 x 65 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant 152 SECTION 8 and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specifed and directed. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specifed and directed.
