Dismentalling & Removing old Damage Tiled Flooring nd removing the debris within 50m lead complet t as per the instruction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling and removing brick/Stone work under 3.00mtr height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead complet t as per the instruction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:4:8) with 4cm size B,H,C,B,Gr metal , washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:2:4) with 12mm size B,H,C,B,Gr chips metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing & Applying 80mm thick Concrete Paver block etc open Yaerd Area including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing & fixing almn. composite wall panelling including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing & Applying Epoxy Flooring including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified Floor Tiles confirming to IS : 15622 of of approved make, quality and colour without any warpage,with intermidiate spacers of 4 mm width laid over an under layer of 20 mm thick base of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) with intermidiate spacers of 4 mm including cutting to size, laying and filling the joints with epoxy tile grout of approved shade and colour, cleaning the surfaces with oxlaic acid, mirror polishing including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, royalties, loading, unloading, sundries, watering and curing, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note- Sample of tiles shall be approved before procurement and use.

Finishing wall surface with two coats of weather coat over a coat of cement priming including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour T&P, hire charges of machine, all taxes etc all completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer charges. (A) GF
