Providing and placing Plain Cement concrete of M10 grade (Design mix) using crusher broken hard coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm confirming to IS specified grading(to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailing/pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers and water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications as per the direction of the Engineer in charge of works and complying with technical specifications.

Providing and Laying in position, Plain Cement Concrete of M 15 grade (Design Mix) with well graded aggregates and the maximum nominal size of HBGS jelly of 40mm and down graded (60% of 40 mm and 40% of 20mm) confirming to IS specified grading and mixing by mixer machine ( to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering by bailing/ pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating, compacting, and finishing the surface, watering, curing, for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings as per the direction of the departmental officers and complying with standard specification.

Supply and fabricating of steel required for all RCC works involved in the schedule including cost of steel, cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills including over lapping to the required length wherever necessary and placing reinforcement in position as specified in the drawing including cost of binding wire provision for space bar cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m³ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. ( No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of work complying with the standard specification.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size above upto 1.00 m width consist shutters of skin plate made out of 8mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 65x65x6mm mild steel Angle at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipment. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipment. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipment required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete.

Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod,conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Shutter Groove Angle made up of 100x100x10mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 40x40x6mm Mild steel angle 3 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly medium duty with hexagonal nut (Approximate 70 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust fre bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at sectio store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 200x100mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 16mm mild steel plate of size 0.20x 0.30m 2 Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking and the section stores. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The Rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete.

Flush pointing over the Randam Rubble masonary in cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three P-sand)as per standered specification including racking out the joints to full depth of slab /stone masonary, clearing the joints with wire brush and water etc.,complete comply with standered specification and as directed by the department officers
