Excavating in trenches n exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided forcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of manholes/drains, fencing and channel of manhole/drains and also for bed blocks for embedding MS rungs of manhole/septic tank including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain/manhole /septic tank set in cement mortar (1:6) including taking out old broken cover slab complete all as specfied and as directed. NOTE : (i) Cost of formwork is deemed to be inclusive of unit rate quoted by the contractor (ii) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends binding with and including mild steel wire not less then 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 410-S etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with one brick thick walls with sub-class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and mixed with water proofing liquid solution on internal surfaces of brick wall finished even and smooth using extra cement for septic tank, manhole, sump, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) Water proofing liquid solution shall be mixed @100gm per 50 kg bag of cement or as recommended by the manufacturer's instruction. (ii) Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including use and waste necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of all blocked type of trap, water closet, soil waste/vent pipe, gully traps upto first manhole by removing all blockage and removing the same to a distance exceeding 100m and not exceeding 200m and making good the distrurbed surfaces as per existing where required complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing manholes of any size and depth and removing all semi solid or solid material of any description and cleaning the manholes from inside with water, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing 150mm dia sewage line at 1.00m depth from ground level using jute or PVC nylon rope with knot at one end and other end free passed through the line or by rodding & removing all liquid/semi solid/solid sludge, etc. coming in the next manhole is removed and then the line is cleaned with water complete for effectve functioning complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 20 here-in-before but depth exc. 1.0m below ground level.

All as per Serial item No. 20 here-in-before but 200mm dia sewage line at depth exc.1.50m below ground level.

Mechanically pumping out sewage water from sump well where required and as directed after taking all precautionary measures including tools and plants as required and removing all liquid/semi solid/solid sludge, etc. to a distance exc. 50m but not exceeding 100m from the site (working in foul condition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and de-sludging of existing septic tank/ deep manholes upto 3m deep including taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment or manually or by way of any other suitable means including removal of sludge and other foreign materials out side the MOD land by any means (working in foul condition) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The volume of sludge shall be measured. (ii). The quoted rate shall be including supply and maintenance of the pumping set with necessary required fuel.

Cleaning and de-sludging of existing septic tank/ deep manholes upto 3m deep including taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by Cesspool (SEPTIC TANK CLEANER) sewage/Sludge removal vehicle/Honey Sucker machine of capacity of 1000 litres complete all as specified and as direced. Note : (i) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of removal of sludge and other foreign materials out side the MOD land by Cesspool vehicle. (ii) After cleaning of Septic tank /MHs chamber etc. the sludge/waste materials is required to be transported to nearest STP. (Rates Inclusive of transportation, removal, maintenance and other overhead charge etc.)

Cleaning of manholes n. exc. 1.5m deep including de-sludging and dewatering by mechanical pump and taking out solids/semi solids, well flushing with water, removing to a distance exc. 100m but n. exc. 250m and depositing in ditches including necessary excavation and earth work in soft / loose soil for making ditches and leveling of excavated soil in the ditches over the sludge and removing surplus soil to a distance exc. 50m and sprinkling bleaching powder (including supply of bleaching powder) in a periphery of one metre around manhole complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Oil and Grease trap of size 800x550x500mm of stainless steel minimum thickness 1.6mm with removable cover, consisting of 3 compartments with brass oil outlet value 15mm and Stainless steel removable sludge basket in 1st compartment including installation, provision of connection with inlet and outlet pipe and fittings etc. and including testing and maintenance upto a period of 01 year from the date of completion of the work. Note : Rates including S&F of grease with provision of pit including necessary earth work and levelled surface for installation including compacted concrete bed of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of minimum thickness 100mm properly backfilled upto the finished level, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : ALFA INDIA, Model No. A200 or its equivalent model in Green Shield Envro/Nugreen Kitchen/Handwash.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 150mm bore RCC/SGSW set in cement mortar and taking out from trenches if required as per original site complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 28 here-in-before but of 200mm dia.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipe of 150mm dia including packing under and haunching against the side of the pipes after they are laid and tested including use and waste of necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.
