Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust/air circulating fan of any size or make by disconnecting electric connection and removing from site for rewinding,servicing, painting of fans and refixing in the same position after repair work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning, washing, greasing, oiling and varnishing of ceiling fan of any size and make complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge & size of ceiling fan 1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing the desert cooler from the site and re-fixing after cleaning the desert cooler body from inside and outside using sand paper to make the smooth surface and painting one coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per exiting colour outside and inside the cooler, including oiling and greasing of fan kit, water pump motor complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for ser item No. 1 to 91 :- 1. The contractor shall provide and deploy sufficient technicians with helpers(as directedd by GE / Engineer-in-charge). Contractor's site supevisor/site engineer shall report at 0900 hrs daily excluding Sunday & holiday to collect the complaints job card & complete the same complaint detailed by JE E/M/Engineer-in-charge with in 48 hrs. 2. The complaints shall be attended with in 48 hrs. If the complaints is/are not attended /not completed on same day (except repair/ replacement of major items like replacement of compressor, cooling coil, condensing coil and fan motor etc.) recovery will be done as follows:- (a) After 48 Hrs, Rs.250/- Per complaint per day. The decesion of GE on recovery against penalty shall be final and binding and No representation whatsoever shall be entertained. 3. The technicians for repair of summer appliances can be called during non-working days/hrs (i.e. Sunday, Holidays & after working hrs) for any vital complaint at ADRDE area. 4. The contractor has to produce machine number job card duly signed by user duly satisfactory completion of job & JE E/M to Engineer-in-charge before claiming payment. In absence of this panelty @ Rs. 100/- for per complaint shall be recovered from thier dues.
