Construction of RCC Drain 1m x1m Plot No K 43 to K 44 G 64 Sec 13 GIDA.GORAKHPUR

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m. & lead upto 30 m. Including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. (Excluding Royality).

Cement concrete with 4 cm. (1½") gauge approved stone, ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement Concrete in m20 complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. R.C.C. Grade M20 compaction as per Sor Rate Item no 283 & 283 A & 284 A complete in all respects.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks. Supply and filling of carted earth from a distance not exceeding 7 KM from the site of work and including cost of earth and all materials, labour T & P etc. Earth work in cutting or embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50mtr. in depth and earth work in embankment & subgrade and earthen shoulders to be in 20cm Layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including 1.5 meter lift and 30 meter lead.
