Material and labour for applying two coat of white wash on old treated surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix second class hard wood kiln seasoned chemically treated plain solid straight chowkats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain/printed coloured PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (styles) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC Channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles & plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading & jointed together with solvent cement, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminum anodized window shutter including frame , any type (sliding or open-able) with frame , & other similar work etc fabricated by using the aluminium section including necessary arrangement for sliding and locking and to receive 4mm thick sheet glass or wire mesh with aluminium channel beading & stainless steel screws including the cost of rubber gasket / rubber beading etc complete . But the weight of the rubber gasket / beading will not be measured with weight of aluminum shutter etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Sheet glass & wire mesh shall be measured & paid separately)

Remove cover and loose concrete from main reinforcement using wooden mallets/wire brush/ water jet to complete expose the reinforcement in the distressed portion of column, beam, bracings and chajja etc complete of any height all as specified and directed. (All loose unsound and cracked concrete should be removed).

Remove the rust from reinforcement completely by rubbing with wire brush or sand paper and applying rust removing chemical such as “Deruster” of approved make Reebaktens RR Fosroc or Equivalent approved manufacturer and removing non metal complex compound formed due to corrosion of rust of any height etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for priming to reinforcement bars with coat of nitco zinc primer or equivalent as FORSOC or equivenlnt as approved for old and new reinforcement any height (dia of bars 8mm to 20mm)etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying bond coat (epoxy based) using brush and applying Polymer concrete (not less than 20mm thick) in the proportion of 1:3:1 (one part of cement,3 part of coarse sand and 1 part of 10 mm and down stone aggregate) using 8-10 kg of acrylic base polymer per 50 kg bag of cement, all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts,depth of embedded portion of hold fast n.exc half brick and making good the dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes into or through brick/ stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required of superficial area exceeding 150 sqcm but n.exc 400 sqcm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix figured glass 4 mm thick pin head type and glazing with putty exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing new wooden surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs fancy type chromium plated stop valve/cock cast copper alley, with long sunk cup ( concealed type) screwed down high pressure, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for under suitable for 15mm bore pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair fancy type 15 mm dia bib taps, cast copper alloy with chromium plated screwed down , screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down for 15 mm dia bore of steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for shotcreting to RCC beams, column, roof ceiling, etc in 20 mm thick layers with M30 grade of design mix concrete including centering and shuttering at edges and corners, curing, ground wire, reinforcement wire, testing etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - The quoted rate of the contractor shall be inclusive of cost of material, labour, tools and plants, centering and shuttering at edges and corners, curing, ground wire, reinforcement wire, testing etc. in all the operations as specified including any rebound loss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for crack repairs (crack width of more than 5 mm) in block masonry walls using injection grout composed of low viscous epoxy resin and amine hardener Dr. Fixit/ Fosroc/ STP/ Sika by drilling and inserting injection nipples/ nozzles at interval along the cracks as per manufacturer's instruction etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mixing and applying SBR latex modified cement mortar 25 mm thick in cement sand mortar in proportions of 1:3 (1 cement and 2 graded quartz aggregate) with polymer admixed in proportions as approved, including trowelling with wooden tools on prepared concrete surfaces of parent material complete all as specified and as directed (Note: Acrylic polymer will be paid for separately)

Supply only approved SBR latex from FOSROC/DR FIXIT/ SIKA for SBR latex modified cement mortar (Note: Rate will be in terms of solid contents of polymer) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for shotcreting to RCC roof ceiling, column etc in 40mm thick layer with M30 grade design mix concrete including mild steel netting with reinforced wire and provided high pH value around the steel reinforcement etc., other connected items as per manufacturing instruction, including centering and shuttering, curing, ground wire, reinforced wire, testing etc complete all as specified and directed.Note :- The quoted rate of the contractor shall be inclusive of cost of material, labour, tools and plants, centering and shuttering, curing, ground wire, reinforcement wire, testing; etc in all the operations as specified including any rebound loss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 with URP modified mortar including preparing surface with wire brush, washing and laitance remove of all loose particles followed by washing the surface clear water with high pressure jet all as completed, including injecting of crack with crack filler solvent of 1st grade quality than providing two coats of shalicryl 215 UV resistant elastomeric roof coating over shaliurethane BTD bituminous modified elastomeric liquid membrane over polyster reinforcement over priming coat complete all as per manufactures instruction etc complete all as specified and directed. (Manufracture :- Pidlite, Shalimar, Sikka, MC-Bauchemie, or equivalents. (Note : All work shall be executed through manufacturer application)

Disconnecting existing water tank exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltr capacity for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work such as rolling shutter or similar work of any description etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel rolling shutters 1.00mm thick as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type etc complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART II (E/M PORTION)

Taking down carefully point wiring any type (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fixtures (fitting such as switches, ceiling rose, lamp holders, pendants, regulator, switch-sockets, light fittings etc to be measured separately when found serviceable) without disturbing existing serviceable points & fittings removing dismantling materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for disposal and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated un sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS) 1100 volts grade, two single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and one run of continuous earth wire with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLS) draw in and including heavy duty casing &caping (ISI marked) with all necessary fittings and fixures, with wooden/PVC board of suitable size for fixing of switches, socket, regulators etc. including making good disturbed surface with CM (1:4) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps.

(b) One fan point/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator.

(c) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board.
