satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value),as prime contractor, for a period of one year , Operation & Maintenance of at least one MVS in rural area /one urban water supply scheme of value not less than Rs.62.28 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% estimated value of contract for which tender is invited

Mandating satisfactory Completion of any Water supply Scheme with a capacity of minimum 1.86 MLD Raw Water as prime contractor executed in any one year of last five years.(The work done certificate shall be issued by Government not below the rank of Executive Engineer)

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last two years achieve a minimum financial turnover not less than the 5th Year estimated O & M cost,in all classes of civil engineering construction works only ie.50.96 Lakhs

The bidder must submit unconditional Line of Credit in the prescribed format an amount equal to 30% of the 5th Year O & M cost issued by Nationalized / Scheduled Bank, for the particular work i.e. (Rs.7.64 Lakhs)

The Tenderer should have registered as Class-III and above Contractor with PWD or PRED mandatorily (certificate to be submitted)
