M&L for taking out submersible pump set of capacities 5HP of any make, type,size from underground sump / well , transport to workshop for repairs , and re-assembling after carrying out repair and lowering/ installing the same at its original location connecting to the existing pipe lines electrically and mechanically , making proper alignment , testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge. NOTE:- Winding & Spare Parts shall be measured & paid seperatly under respective items here-in-after.

M&L for Cutting out the burnt winding of all the three phases of stator of motor of capacities 5HP , taking out burnt copper wire from the slots cleaning the slots properly, rewinding the three phases with original gauge, super enameled copper winding wire including insulating materials i.e., varnish, cotton tape, insulating paper, sleeves drying the windings to require temperature, reassembling the rotor and stator after cleaning and dusting of rotor to remove the settled dust particles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.
