Outsourcing of services for maint & operation of sewage treatment plant of capacity 360 cubic metre per day in TWO SHIFT DAILY for one operator in each shift daily, duration 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs including Sundays and Holidays complete as specified and directed and as per Appx "A". at opp shopping Complex including DG Set 25 KVA and the following equipment:- i) Equilization Tank and air grid chamber (ii) Sludge drying beds (iii) Bar screen chamber and pit (iv) Oil and grease trap chamber (v) Tube settler tank (vi) Clear water tank (vii) chlorine contact tank (viii) Clear water pump (ix) filter feed pump (x) Sewage lifting pump (xi) chlorine contact pump (xii) moving Bed Bio reactor chamber (xiii) Air Blower (xiv) Hypo dosing pump system (xv) Poly electrolite dosing system (xvi) Poly alluminium chloride dosing system (xvii) Activated carbon filter (xviii) Dual Media filter Note:- Man power to be employed are as under :- (i) Operator (skilled) - 01 No Each Shift. (ii) The provision of statutory laws relating to minimum wages shall be strictly adhered by the contractor and the quoted rate shall be deemed to include all taxes, cess, Levies, GST as applicable. If the quoted rates are less than the minimum fair wages including EPF liability ESIC, bonus, LWC etc.The bid shall be treated as non-bonafide and such bid shall not be considered for acceptance.

Outsourcing of service of Central Type Air Conditioning plant by 01 operator in a day in shifts of eight hours continious duration excluding Sundays and holidays ( As published in Army Postal Seva Corp Calender) and carrying out daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and cleaning and dusting of all equipments including first hand repairs upto Rs 500/- quaterly such as fixing of gland, replacement of packings, repair of electric junction connection etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the CENTRAL AC PLANT TTW Phase-I & AIIMA (Auditorium) incl DG Set 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 1 to 5 :- (a) The contractor shall employ having experience , nature water supply , DG set installation from reconginised structions / firms. (b) contractor should provide all necessary stationery for records. (c) Attedence Register and Log sheet will be put up to Engineer- in-charge daily. (d) In case the contractor fails to employ for duty personnel in any of the shift he shall be liable to bear the panel recovery @1000/- per shift and no payment shall be made for that shift. (e) Normal maintenance shall be carried out by the contractor and rate is deemfit with the unit rate. (f) The rate quoted is deemed to be included for the tools, equipments including materials like gumboots, torch, rain coats etc as required as per climatic conditions. (g) Immediate information shall be passed on to JE E/M during any major breakdowns, pending works left out during the shift period. Proper handing taking over shall be carried over to the next shift personnel. (h) Contractoir shall supply two pairs of T shirts showing the name and designation like electrician / helper / mechanic / operator etc to the tradesmen employed and the tradesmen shall invariably wear the said dress. (j) Minor repairs like replacement of foot valve leather gaskets, washers etc and including the material like grease, cotton waste and maintaining the record as per particular specification and all as directed by Engineer in Charge. (k) Quoted rates shall be deemed to includes the transportation charges of diesel from GE (I) GOS MT Yard to concerened Installed Location. Note Rate included deemfit for ser Item No 01 to 04 as indicated perticular specification Part I Page No 14

All as per item No 5 above but 01 operator for the CENTRAL AC PLANT TTW PH-III & extra hr run the AIIMA AC Plant for ONE SHIFT DAILY and having following equipments. 3X33 and 2X22 Ton capacity plant including AHU, Pump sets and Cooling tower and DG set 250 KVA (at PH-III) complete all as specified & directed.

Addn maning and operation of AC plant of any capacity other than stipulated shift as indicated above under item No 1 to 3 (incl one operator) complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 1 to 7 :- The M&O shall included the following :- (a) Repairs to system in case of break down, within 24 hours (Petti frepaires only) (b) Repairs to electrical equipment ,accessories as and when required . (c ) Repaire to flushing tanks in case of leakage etc (d) In case of failure noticed more than 24 Hours recovery shall be effected @ Rs 1000/- per day beyonds 24 hours and attendance register for persons employed by the contractor to be maintained. (e) All types of T&P required for day to day reqmt shall be provided by contractor (f) All types of transportation if reqd for handling materials/eqpt etc shall be provided by the contractor (g) All types of fire eqpts provided in all the installations shall be maintained and operated properly (h) All electrical fittings and fixtures to be maintained and contractor shall be responsible for any damage (i) All types of water tanks incl flusihing tanks shall be maintained. (j) All installations to be kept neat and clean all the time and security checks to be carried out daily

(k) In case of any damage misuse mishandling of Govt property, contractor will be held responsible for the same (l) All saftey eqpts such as breathing apparatus, safety belt, air hose respiratory, portable lighting eqpt, driver suit etc for working hazardous condition to be provided by contractor (m) First Aid Box with basic medicines to be kept in main installation by the contractor (n) misuse of electricity and water to be penalised and effective recovery will be made by the department (o) Manning and operation shall start as per the stipulated date in work order (p) Treated water shall be tested periodically (Quarterly) from the test lab approved by GE. The results shall be compared with the accceptable parametrers (q) All types of transporation if required for handling materials/eqpt/POL etc shall be provided by the contractor (r) Installation shall be kept neat & clean all the time & security of assests shall be ensured (s) Proper disposal of material of residual dry waste/other waste material should be carried out by the contractor all as directed by Engr-in-charge. The cost of the same is deemed to be included in rates quoted by the contracotor (t)In case of emergency during rainy season additional manpower should be provided at no extra cost as the cost is deemed to be inclusive of quoted rate (u) Necessary Log sheets shall be maintained as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (v) Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of stationary used.
