Taking down DB/main switch of any size and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, complete all as specified and directed. Note - Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring aluminium etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor etc matching with the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

All as per ser item No 3.00 here-in-before but except conduit, complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L for sub-main wiring (concealed) with two single core 6 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masonary including 25mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit fixed in wall including 4 sqmm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

One light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch, complete all as specified and directed.

One bell/buzzer point controlled by one push switch, complete all as specified and directed.

One switch socket outlet 3 pin 6 amp on same board, complete all as specified and directed.

One light point controlled by two 2-way switches, with cables, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser item No 8.00 above but 1.5 sqmm cable size and 1.5 sqmm earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet, 5 amps on Independent board, omplete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 above but 4 sqmm cable size with 2.5 sqmm earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps on independent board.(AC/Geyser), complete all as specified and directed.

The rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the cost of making good.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 (R)of tender documents.
