Dismantling floor hearth/ stone slabs/ mosaic tile flooring or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) or plastering and removing servicebale tiles to stores and rubbish off the same out side the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Vitrified Coloured Ceramic tiles (light shade) 9-10mm thick (square/ rectangular) ultra charged polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ultra charged for Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles (light shade) 9-10mm thick (square/rectangular) ultra charged polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.. (Note : The width of tiles 100 mm to be cut from full size of tiles as directed and rate for the same are deemed to be included in the quoted rate by bidder.)

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed coloured ceramic tile of size 300x450x7 mm thick in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite telephone black colour 18-20 mm thick slab matt finish including rounding edges to exposed portion, as in platforms for wash hand basin / sink (table, rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like laid over & including cement mortar (1:4),10mm thick, pointing in white cement (1:2) using mable dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade of granite including cutting for securing of slab, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base or sub floors finishing the surfaces even and rough to receive the flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured vitrified heavy duty ceramic scratch and stain resistant external tiles of size 40cmx40cmx12mm laid over & including 15mm thick CM (1:4) set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including dismantling of old existing tiles & removing debris outside of MOD land etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges fixed with J- hook bolt and nut complete all as specified and as directed.
