Demolition of brick work or block work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., and precast concrete block walling etc. complete including removal of dismantled material outside MD land complete all as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of demolished material outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removal of dismantled material outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for foundation etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 500 metre and not exceeding 1.5 km and depositing where directed complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new iron and steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy base paint over a coat of epoxy base red oxide primer complete all specified and as directed.

Taking down existing concertina coil of any size and specification and removal outside MD land complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for galvanized steel punched tape concertina coil of 600 mm dia (diameter of coil when unstretched with weight 10 kg/coil and average coverage area 10 RM/coil), razor wire concertina coil placed in U shape angle iron posts created over boundary wall and fixed to angle iron with 3 mm dia GI razor wire, complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Dismantling fencing wiremesh, any type and removal outside MD land complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. all as specified and as directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured.

Supply and fix HDPE Pipes 75 mm bore (PN 10) as in weep holes of any length complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for loose filling with aggregates for protection at the mouth of weep holes using 20 to 12.5 mm aggregate complete all as specified in drawings and as directed.

Material and labour for 12 mm thick pre-formed filling for expansion joints, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing crushed stone sand cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quantity of sand will be measured after punning down.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed with the mark LT CABLE LV type 1 flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of IP 66 High Power LED floodlight of 200 Watt with pressure die-cast aluminium housing, complete with all accessories, including deep drawn aluminium/ MS housing in grew finish with clear acrylic and cast aluminium pipe mounting attachment with accessories, prewired and in clamp conforming to 66 degree of protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 4 pole MCCB 63 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 25 KA with suitable size of enclosure for out door use complete as specified and as directed.

Supply, erecting, fixing and testing hot dip galvanized High Mast structure (20 metre height) with light suitable for 9 lantern including lanterns symmetrically fitted along with control panel for housing the necessary items as required, control gear box and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 gauge and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pulley assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per height 20 metre and all lights connected with copper wire 6 sqmm and earth wire of 2.5 sqmm of green colour including all necessary fittings for each light complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Rate quoted are deemed to be inclusive of excavation, earth work, PCC foundation base and RCC foundation all as per manufacturer’s drawing. 2. Drawing shall be produced for verification of GE before executing the work at site. 3. Rate quoted are deemed to be inclusive of electrically and manually operated mechanism for lantern carrier, aviation light with cable lightning protection etc. all as per specification and directed. 4. Rate quoted are deemed to be inclusive of supply and fixing street light timer 230 Volt single phase 20 Amps with suitable contactor complete in sheet metal enclosure duly mounted on wall/ panel/ pole etc. including connection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip of size 20 mm x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washes of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, connected to earthing lead, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, perforated watering pipe, funnel with wire mesh, earth lead protection pipe light grade, PCC Chamber 1:3:6 type C1 (for even finish on both the faces) and RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1, size 550 x 550 x 50 mm thick with 6 mm dia CTD bars 150 mm c/c both ways with 2 Nos of handles of 10 mm dia all as required at site including testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Cost of 7.5 RM GI strip and 32 mm dia GI pipe light grade is deemed to be included in the quoted rates, beyond 7.5 RM strip shall be measured and paid separately. 2. Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to include salt and charcoal up to and above 450 mm top of GI earth plate. 3. Earth resistance of earth pit should be less than 0.5 Ohms on testing after completion. If the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

NOTE: Amount of credit of Rs. 1017776.10 for retrieved materials is mentioned in schedule of credit on Srl Page No. 36 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
