Day to Day maintenance of parks /lawn at Earth Station Sikandrabad (U.P)

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, Creepers etc. including hoeing, Weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide ,Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel , other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) A ) Contractor shall provide 5 No mali (semi-skilled ) on daily basis for maintenance of all parks including T & P required from time to time . B) Deduction for Rs1500/- per day per mali will be made if mali are not provided or for improper maintenance of lawn or other features in the park. C) Weekly off should be given to the mali and on National holidays. Rate is inclusive of the same. D) The park areas are also used by children for playing games like cricket, football, badminton etc. Efforts should be made to upkeep/ maintain these areas also green. E) The payment shall be made on the per day basis as per the actual attendance of the mali. (Five mali with horticulture Knowledge/ Technical Sound should be provided . Mali with not proper horticulture knowledge will be not allowed ) ( For Four Months).

Removal of Horticulture Malba from the site including loading and unloading complete and transporting to the authorized municipal dump yard complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge ( Each truck should contain minimum 4 Cum

Provision of Petrol for Lawn Mover /Bush cutter as per the direction of Engineer in Charge ( For Four Months)
