Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down Chowkats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and joined with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade including grinding and polishing completer and including 20mm thick plaster/screed in cement mortar 1:3 complete alll as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 1.50 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension,EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixinghardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & complete including glazing with 4.8mm thick Plain / frosted glass fixed with appropriate size beading as per manufacurer's specifications complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include closing cavity at jambs, cills and heads of opening etc with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), plaster etc. (ii) For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Two track two panels sliding window upto 1.50 m height made of (big series) frame 67 x 50 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension . (Area of window upto 1.50 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware’s and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backup rod of required size and of approved quality, complete including glazing with 4.8mm thick Plain / frosted glass fixed with appropriate size beading as per manufacurer's specifications complete all as specified and as directed. Providing and fixing factory made white coloured uPVC windows, 3 track with glazing and gauging (Two glass panel and one guage panel shutter) all as per manufacturer's instructions and with following specifications: (i) The profile for uPVC window frame shall be made of PVC metrials conforming to IS-10151. The window frame shall made of extruded uPVC section having overall dimension of 112x60mm having wall thickness 2.5 (+/-) 0.2mm (ii) The corner of wall frame shall be joined by MS galvanised brackets. Joints shall be mitred and plastic welded. (iii) The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanised steel tube of wall thickness 1.mm (+/-) 0.1mm and side rod shall be provided at the bottom of the frame (iv) The profile should be two or three chamber system which shall provide high insulation properties. (v) Glazing shall be provided with 5mm thick plain/frosted glass fixed with appropriate size of beading as per the manufacturer's specifications (vi) Stainless steel wire mesh 0.36mnm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.4mm shall be provided with each window shutter Note: (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include closing cavity at jambs, cills and heads of opening etc with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), plaster etc. (ii) For UPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. (Area of door above 5.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension uPVC extruded glazing beads, uPVC extruded interlock and uPVC extruded Inline sash adaptor (if required), EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) handle with key on one side of extreme panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear with keeps, zinc alloy (white powder coated) cresnt lock (if required), stainless steel (SS 304 grade) body with adjustable double nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 120 kg). Glazing shall be provided with minimum 6mm thick toughened glass fixed with appropriate size beading as per manufacture's specification and Stainless-steel wire mesh 0.36mm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.4mm shall be provided with each window shutter. M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in hols fast, PCC Bed blocks in finished all exposed surfaces of concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying one coat of acrylic distempter on old treated surfaces of any walls including preparation of surface by washing, rubbing down and stooping of distempered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of external walls and applying one coat of Weather coating external emulsion by the approved applicator of the manufacturer of the paint complete all as specified and as directed.
