Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade full body vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, double charged, area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but n exc 1.00 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as approved and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 8mm thick Cement fibre board made of asbestos free material with sound resistant, impact resistant, termite resistant, Fire resistant, fixing to 50mm x 25mm x 0.80 mm thick Galvanised iron channel including making frame with screws, Nailing etc for wall cladding/ framing work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 12mm thick toughned glass door plain glass with bending stress 120 to 200 N/mm2, having thermal shock resistance upto 2500C, command symbol embossing type including necessary SS clamps, corner clamp, SS locks with keys for glass door fixed at bottom of door and other fixing arrangement to hold the glass and packing all sides including making good existing damaged structure while executing the glass work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Steel handle and floor door spring will be paid separately, work executed on vertical portion and upto the height of 25 mtr, rate of necessary scaffolding, saftey gear for labour, necessary tools for work all are included in the item and not paid separately.

S & F Stainless steel (SS-304 grade) cast type section (handle) 300mm long D type as per sample approved by GE/Engineer-in-charge fixed in toughened glass door complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 12mm thick toughned glass partition with bending stress 120 to 200 N/mm2, having thermal shock resistance upto 250 degree C, frosted type/ plain / embossing type including necessary fixing arrangement to hold the glass on RCC structure and packing all sides including making good existing damaged structure while executing the glass work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means on old plastered surfaces of walls, including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc, preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of premium acrylic smooth interior emulsion paint, 1st quality (company depot tinted) of approved manufacturers in required colour and shade using hand roller over and including two coats of acrylic water based interior grade priming paint over two coats of acrylic wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
