Replacement of mechanical components of 2500 GPH x 80 meter head submersible pump set alongwith allied works at pumping station Moila Salbala stage-0. The job involves disconnecting the incoming power supply and extraction of pump set from the bore well by decoupling and drawing out all the pipes one by one manually using manual chain pulley set and other tools and tackles alongwith 50 ampere LT control panel followed by manual carriage of pump set and panel upto the road side and then shifting to the workshop in the vehicle. Job involves dismantling of pump set and extraction of damaged parts. Providing and fitting of 06 nos. new impellers, cotter-5nos. neck ring-6nos. to the pump and thrust pad to the submersible motor. Job includes replacement of damaged components of 50 ampere LT control panel by way of extraction of damaged MNX-50-2nos. power contactors, voltmeter-1no. Amperemeter-1no. and internal control wiring with corresponding new components. Assembling submersible pump-motor and panel unit and shifting back to site by way of mechanical transportation and manual carriage. Lowering the submersible pump-motor in bore well by coupling and lowering of all the extracted pipes one by one alongwith providing and fitting of new flange bolts, nuts, washers and rubber gaskets etc alongwith fitment of 50 ampere LT control panel. Job includes cost of material, labour charges, to and fro manual carriage and transportation charges , hire charges of tools and tackles etc.
