Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. all as specified anddirected.

Taking down carefully unserviceable main switches/ DB's / Sheet metal plug top any type and size from its position all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing sub main wiring with aluminum conductor cable of 2 of 2.5/ 4 /6/ 10 sqmm including GI earth wire and wooden batten and making good distrubed surface all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring with PVC unsheathed multi stranded 1.5 Sqmm FRLS copper Cable drawn in and including PVC casing capping 20 / 25 mm width complete with all accessories including 1.6 mm thick pressed steel terminal boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing switch, socket, regulator etc of suitable size to be fixed on wall respectively including white washing/ colour washing/ distembering to match the disturbed surfaces including PVC unsheathed multi standard 1.5 Sqmm FRLS copper Cable as earth continuvity connected with common earth dolly for the following complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for sub main wiring for controlling of building mounted security light two single core FRLS PVC insulated cables with copper conductor 1100V grade, 2.5 sq mm drawn through and including suitable size of non-metallic PVC rigid conduit and conduit accessories / casing and capping fixed on walls, roofs, or floors including one run of 2.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated cable and connecting up complete all as specified and directed. Note : Three runs of 2.5 sqmm copper conductor and one run of PVC casing and capping / PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core stranded copper conductor unsheathed PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100V grade with 4 sq mm drawn through suitable size of non - metallic PVC rigid conduit/ casing caping with one run 4 sqmm copper conductor FRLS cable as earth conductor and conduit accessories fixed on surface or recessed as required, including connecting up complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Two runs of 4sq mm cable and one run of 4 sq mm earth continuity copper conductor and one run of PVC conduit / casing caping shall be measured as one unit

Taking down unserviceable MCCB of any capacity after removing all the incoming and out going cable connections all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 100 Amps, 4 pole, 16 KA capacity with fixed thermal magnetic setting including connecting up with suitable alumnium cable lugs etc. asper site requitrment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure factory made double door for DB 240 volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar SPN 8 Way scomplete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for taking down ceilng fan and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler after cleaning all dust etc including dismantling and refixing blades after painting and fixing ceiling fan in position including connecting up from ceiling rose or connector of fan with cables etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth (in vertical) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron or earth lead wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of nut, bolt, check nuts and washer of galvanised ironl including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pre-cast RCC cover slab using reinfocement with XPM weighing not less than 1.87 kg/Sqm with suitable handle made of 12 mm round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm dia medium grade galvanised steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh 15mm dia bore light grade galvanised steel tubing upto 7.5 m length for drawing earth lead wire protection, common salt, charcoal, etc complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion.
