Dismantling cable protection pipe 25/40/50/80 mm dia. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable UG cable of any size and core of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable LT Panels of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable MCCBs of various sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of cable in trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through pipe cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty, XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable ,with aluminium conductor of size 6 Sq mm 2 core complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and cable cover will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide for laying of cables, RCC/Steel tubular poles/stays and struts etc. and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer as in backfill in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC/ XLPE cables with river sand and punning to provide required cover to UG cables, complete all as specified and directed. Note - For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured

M & L for old size sub class 'B’ bricks s as in cable cover, laid flat adjoining to each other width wise for protection of cables in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for carrying out boring under the black top road for crossing of LT cable/protection pipe by any means boring machine or otherwise without damaging black top surface of road for fixing of GI pipe 80mm bore under the road complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50 mm GI tubing light grade with all fittings as required for passing cables under floors, along the wall or along the pole, etc with suitable size M.S.flat iron clamps including nut, bolt and washer including taking down old rusted pipe.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steei earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cmx 6-7mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level and connected to galvanized strip 32 X 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connected to OH conductor on pole/ Panel/ main switch board etc all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including provision galvanized strip protected by 40 mm bore, light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm ’bore medium grade GI pipe including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel, GI strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES FOR SERAIL ITEM Nos. 25.00 AND 26.00 (i) Rates are deemed to be inclusive of PCC platform of suitable size and 45cm height and 4 Nos legs of 50mmx50mmx6mm and 60 cm in height for fixing the panel (ii) Make of MCCB :-L&T, Legrand, Schneider, seimens, C&S (iii) Make of Panel :-Universal/Standard/Havells /L&T (iv) Danger notice plate (02 Nos) in Hindi and English of size 20cmx 15cm shall be fixed on the panel (v) Contractor provided power coated finish paint on panel and test certificate /CPRI Approval certificate.

S & F aluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm on wall/ on roof with seasoned wood block support of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 150 mm fixed on wall by 200 mm long bolts grouted in wall/ on roof and over roof with proper junction joint & bonds fastened with nuts bolts & washers/ screw of size as per site requirement including connecting one end to air termination rod & another end to test point terminal box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm burried in ground/ passing through pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for test point terminal box made of gunmetal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal heads screw after taking down old unserviceable test point terminal box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing & Commissioning of air cooled Split Air Conditioner inverter type electric driven suitable for single phase AC, 230 volt, 50 Hz supply, remote control unit with plasma filter for better indoor air quality, minimum 3 star rated of capacity 1.5 TR, not less than 18000 BTU/ Hr, EER 3.2 with stand for fixing of out door unit and provision of electric supply from outdoor to indoor unit complete all as specified and directed. Make- Voltas/Haier/LG/bluestar/Hitachi/Samsung.

M&L for Sub main wiring with with 4 sqmm 2 core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insultated, sheathed, flame retardent, cable 1100 volts grade in PVC caping & casing ISI marked fixed on roof/ cielling/wall all as per site requirement with all fixing arrangment like clamps screws, socket, bend etc as per IS including earth continuity conductor of size 2.5 sqmm single core copper conductor multistranded cable connected to common earth dolly complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
