Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches. or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches.

Filling of carted earth.

Prov & laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 excluding the cost of All centering and shuttering work up to plinthlevel: 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Sand filling in plinth and under floor including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 kms. from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work. Saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1 Mt. above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distence of 50 Mt. out side the periphery of area cleared, including cost of sand.

(4) Treatment of soil along external perimeter of building 7.5 liters/sqm (5) Treatment of soil under apron along external perimter 5 liters/sqm.

Brick work with common burnt clay (Non modular) bricks of class-150 in S/S 1:4 cement mortar

Half brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4
