SCHEDULE "A" PART - I SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part - I is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rate indicated as 0.00 under Col.5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green colour filled under Col-7.

Constructing Sewage Treatment Plant of PMF technology (Phyto Microbial Filtration) consisting of collection cum sludge holding tank (underground) , Phyto microbial filtration bed (Above ground), Filter feed tank (Underground), Treated water tank (underground) and filtrate sump, bar screen chamber and screen in existing pipe line (if necessary) with primary, secondary and tertiary treatment using RCC M-30 Grade concrete with permanent specifications etc.as detailed below, including allied units for waste disposal with all civil, electrical and mechanical works involved, and giving satisfactory hydraulic testing, commissioning necessary piping work with required Ball valves, Non return valve, multi port valve, pressure indicator, flow meter, level switch, UPVC pipe 25/50 mm dia including connection from existing septic tank to primary treatment using bar screen, settling chamber, equilising tank and consisting of following mechanical equipments and supply & installations of E&M equipments/assets, electrical panels etc complete all as shown on drawings for each STPs:- Mechanical Equipments:- (a) Raw sewage submersible pump static tank to collection tank - 01 Working + 01 Standby. Incase the sewage does not transfer by gravity. (b) Raw sewage submersible pump CT to PMF collection tank - 01 Working + 01 Standby

(c) Fresh water submersible pump - 01 Working (d) Treated water Disposal pump - 01 working (e) Hypo dosing pump - 01 Working (f) PMF Filtration Media - Gravels and coarse sand (g) Pressure sand filter - 01 No (h) Activated carbon filter - 01 No (j) Hypo dosing tank - 01 No (k) Bacterial culture for PMF bed - Micro Decomo (l) Hypo dosing pump - Standard. (m) Piping (As requried). (n) Electrical panelling and cabling (As required). (o) Canna Indica plant (As required). (p) Centrifugal pump for disposing treated waste water including necessary GI pipe line 50 mm Dia for upto a distance 50 m from each STPs. (q) Provision of 1 m wide 75 mm thick PCC plinth protection 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate over 75 mm thick hard core using broken stone and boulders (n.exc 63 mm) all around the STP tanks.

STP plant of capacity 10.00 KLD with following items. (a) Septic Tank (ST) to Collecion Tank (CT) Sewage submersible pump, non clog type -0.625 cum/Hr @ 10m - 02 Nos (1 Working +1 Standby) (b) Collection Tank (CT) to PMF (Secondary Treatment Bed) monoblock submersible pump -0.625 cum/Hr @ 10m -02 Nos (1 Working+1 Standby). (c) Filter Feed Tank (FFT) to Treated water Tank (TWT) monoblock submersible pump -0.625 cum/Hr @ 25m -02 Nos (1 Working+1 Standby). (d) Treated water Tank (TWT) to End use monoblock submersible -0.625 cum/Hr @ 25m -01 No (1 Working). (e) Chlorine Dosing -0 to 1.5 LPH-01 No (1 Working) with hypo dosing tank of 100 Ltr. (f) Pressure sand filter (0.23m dia) and activated carbon filter (0.26m dia). (g) Pipe line with required valves between different parts of plant. (h) Electrical connections for pumps with required starters and panel.

STP plant of capacity 20.00 KLD with following items. (a) Septic Tank (ST) to Collecion Tank (CT) sewage submersible pump, non clog type -1.25 cum/Hr @ 10m-02 Nos (1 Working+1 Standby) (b) Collection Tank (CT) to PMF (Secondary Treatment Bed) monoblock submersible pump -1.25 cum/Hr @ 10m-02 Nos (1 Working+1 Standby). (c) Filter Feed Tank (FFT) to Treated water Tank (TWT) monoblock submersible pump-1.25 cum/Hr @ 25m 02 Nos (1 Working+1 Standby). (d) Treated water Tank (TWT) to End use monoblock submersible 1.25 cum/Hr @ 25m-01 No (1 Working). (e) Chlorine Dosing - 0 to 1.5 LPH-01 No (1 Working) with hypo dosing tank of 100 Ltr. (f) Pressure sand filter (0.33m dia) and activated carbon filter (0.36m dia)". (g) Piping between different parts of plant. (h) Electrical connections for pumps with required starters and panel.

STP plant of capacity 30.00 KLD with following items. (a) Septic Tank (ST) to Collecion Tank (CT) sewage submersible pump,non clog type -1.87 cum/Hr @ 10m-02 Nos (1 Working+1 Standby) (b) Collection Tank (CT) to PMF (Secondary Treatment Bed) monoblock submersible pump -1.87 cum/Hr @10m-02 Nos (1 Working+1 Standby). (c) Filter Feed Tank (FFT) to Treated water Tank (TWT) monoblock submersible pump -1.87 cum/Hr @ 25m 02 Nos (1 Working+1 Standby). (d) Treated water Tank (TWT) to End use momoblock submersible -1.87 cum/Hr @ 25m -01 No (1 Working). (e) Chlorine Dosing -0 to 1.5 LPH -01 No (1 Working) with hypo dosing tank of 100 Ltr. (f) Pressure sand filter (0.40m dia) and activated carbon filter (0.45m dia). (g) Piping between different parts of plant. (h) Electrical connections for pumps with required starters and panel.

STP plant of capacity 40.00 KLD with following items. (a) Septic Tank (ST) to Collecion Tank (CT) sewage submersible pump, non clog type -2.5 cum/Hr @ 10m - 02 Nos (1 Working+1 Standby) (b) Collection Tank (CT) to PMF (Secondary Treatment Bed) submersible pump -2.5 cum/Hr @ 10m-02 Nos (1 Working+1 Standby). (c) Filter Feed Tank (FFT) to Treated water Tank (TWT) monoblock pump -2.5 cum/Hr @25m -02 Nos (1 Working+1 Standby). (d) Treated water Tank (TWT) to End use monoblock pump -2.5 cum/Hr @ 25m -01 No (1 Working). (e) Chlorine Dosing -0 to 1.5 LPH-01 No (1 Working) with hypo dosing tank of 100 Ltr. (f) Pressure sand filter (0.46m dia) and activated carbon filter (0.52m dia). (g) Piping between different parts of plant. (h) Electrical connections for pumps with required starters and panel.

GENERAL SUMMARY NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part - II to III are prepriced by MES under Ser No. 4.00 to 5.00. Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the Green coloured field under Col-7 only.

SCHEDULE "A" PART - IV MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part - IV is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rate indicated as 0.00 under Col.5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green colour filled under Col-7.

S & F double wall corrugated pipes 200 mm (OD)/175 mm (ID) pipes DCWPE (SN8) pipes laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay double walled corrugated duct pipe outer dia 63mm inner dia 50 mm dia including all required fittings complete all as specified and directed

Supply , erection, testing of maintainance free chemical earthing by auguring & installation of Carbon Coated M.S Pipe (pipe - in - pipe) with copper plated welded busbar terminal . Carbon Coated M.S Pipe shall have Outer Dia is 101 mm with a wall thickness of 2 mm , Inner Dia is 48 mm with a wall thickness of 2.6 mm, length 3m , Internal Corrosion Protection by corrosion resistant Crystalline Conductive Compound is filled and compacted in the cavity within the pipes to enhance the electrodes performance., and fill with (a) Eco friendly backfill Compound Electrodite (25 kg) with following properties: Resistivity : < 5 ohm-metre (In ideal moist conditions) ; > 5 ohm-metre (Dry Conditions) , Ph Value : 9-13 , High water retention capacity , Hygroscopic , Ionic & Electronic conduction ,Swells when it comes in contact with water thereby engaging constant contact between the electrode surface & soil (b) Eco friendly backfill Compound Conductolite (25 kg) with following properties: Resistivity : < 0.5 ohm-metre (In dry conditions) & Resistivity is not moisture dependant,Ph Value : 8.0 - 9.0, Electronic & Ionic conduction, Less susceptible to shrinkage,with hygroscopic & corrosion resistive properties (c) Eco friendly backfill Compound Conductolite with following properties: Soil Enhancer / Booster, Powered by Neutralising & Diffusing agents , Ph Value : 7.0 - 9.0 , Ionic conduction, Forms an aqueous solution ,Positive water soluble agents , reduces the soil resistivity, forms an aqueous solution that creates conductive roots in the immediate environment of the earthing system which enables dissipation of fault current smoothly and connecting with earth strip & covering with heavy duty polyplastic earth pit chamber cover.

SCHEDULE "A" PART - V M & O NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part - V is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rate indicated as 0.00 under Col.5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green colour filled under Col-7.

1. Outsourcing services for operation of STP at INS Parundu by skilled 02 X FGM as per direction of JE E/M/AGE E/M including sundays and holidays for the third year after completion of the work and insuring the follwings:- Daily Routine (i) visual inspection of the plant every day. Check of adequte levels in the collection, FFT,TWT and the bar screen (ii) Start the pumps in Auto/Manual mode. check the flow of treated sewage in PMF bed. (iii) Take the back wash every day for sand and carbon filter. This activity takes only about 15 Minutes. (iv) Visually inspect the treated water and if the treated water is reaching the out flow outlet or not. Periodic Checks (i) Trimming/Removal of saplings if they are overgrown. (ii) Refilling of sodium Hypochlorite (Chlorine) at regular interval tenteatively once a month (iii) Taking Samples of treated water and send for analysis once in 3 month (iv) In case of deviatation/failure of equipment then report the matter to higher ups.

Note :- (i) Repair / maintenance of minor work like gland packing, Gaskets, Bolt nuts, indicators, pushbuttons,fuses, lubricants etc. and ensuring no leakages at valves shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the tendrer. (ii) Any breakdown/failure of equipment to be reported immediately to conceren JE E/M/AGE E/M (iii) All the items at site will be operated and maintained as required (iv) The parameters to be maintained are as per the direction of Engg-in-charge. (v) All plant running log books including stationaryshall be supplied and maintained by the contractor as per Engineer-In-Charge direction, required cost shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted. (vi) Operator/ workmen uniform and shoes shall be provided by the contractor to all operators and no extra payment will be paid to contractor and cost of the same deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (vii) The operator should be minimum ITI holder from any NCVT affiliated institution or having minimum 05 Years experience in the relevant field.
