Manning and Operation of Water supply installations at pump house at Khanna Vihar transit camp round the clock in three shifts per day (Each shift of 08 Hours) by employing one Skilled FGM per shift all as per the directions of Engr-in-charge (It will be ensured that the operator must remain on duty per shift and at the time of change of shift). The details of the equipment installed to be operated by operators in three shifts are as under:- (a) Submersible Pump Set of Cap 25 HP - 01 Nos. (b) Chlorination Plant - 01 Nos. (c) DG sets of capacity 62.5 along with 12 Volt 180 AH batteries - 01 Nos .

Manning and Operation of 175 KLD capacity SWT (Sewage Treatment Plant) in URI Line having two shifts of 08 hours per each with 01 FGM and 02 Helper per shift. The details of equipments installed as under to be operated by operators in two shifts: - (a) Raw water pumping set cap 5 HP - 02 Nos (b) Compressor - 02 Nos (c) Monoblock pumping set cap 2 HP - 02 Nos (d) Chlorine plant - 02 Nos (e) Mixing of Sludges Note: - 1. Hypochloride solution used in STP during the contract period shall be provided by the Contractor. 2. All the spare parts for STP (to keep the installation active and in working condition) of the machinery installed such as all capacity pumping sets, Compressors, LT panels, starters, chlorine dosing plant shall be provided by the Contractor and the cost of the same shall be included in quoted rate.

Notes : (a) The contractor shall employ qualified FGM having ITI diploma from the recognised institution with minimum 5 years experience or matriculate having 7 years experience in related field in operation of water supply installations. (b) FGM deployed by the contractor will also be capable to carry out minor repairs of pumping sets/sluice valves and will be responsible for entire operation of valve and adjustment of valve at different places etc.

The Operator will maint the log sheet of pump sets and DG sets and deposit to the concerned JE on last day of every month.The cost of maintenance of documents installation charts shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted for the above item.

The contractor shall provide the necessary tools and plants to the operating staff for smooth running of the water supply installations and DG sets.

The safety precautions for the operator will be the responsibility of the contractor and the unit rate is deemed to include for the safety equipments and the T & P required for routine maintenance of the plant.

Contractor has to produce life insurance cover of minimum Rs 5.00 Lakh of their employee/wages employed under this contract along with claimed payment. No Payment shall be made to the contractor without the documentary evidence. The contractor quoted rates shall be deemed to include for the same.

Operating staff shall clean the installation, plant and machineries every day and periodical maintenance including cleaning, grass cutting around the pump house. And moreover Covid -19 related precautions issued time-to time shall also be maintained and necessary sanitisation materials are to be provided by contractor, the cost of sanitisation materials shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

The contractor will engage his labour for collection of POL from MES store yard and shifting to the installations to be run under it.

Operating staff shall wear uniform of Grey colour or as approved by GE.

24 Hrs will be considered as one day, Operating staff must possess normal mobile phone.(Not Smart Phone) while attend the complaint and keep the record of complaints.

In case of FGM found absent from duty due to any reason a penal recovery @ 1500/- and in case of Helper a penal recovery @ 1000/- per shift per person shall be made from contractor dues. Decision of accepting officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

The cost of maintenance of documents, installation charts and daily records i.e log sheet and attendance register as clarified under relevant PS shall deemed to be included in rates quoted for the above items.

The contractor shall provide reliever for operation as per prevailing labour regulation and the rate shall be deemed to include for the the same. Employee may be asked to carry out duty in unit areas all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and it shall be deemed that contractor has to quoted rates keeping that aspects inview and nothing extra shall be admissible later on the account of misinterpretation.

The Wages to the staff employed will be paid in the Aadhaar linked bank account and the monthly statement be deposited in the office before release of RAR.
