Earthwork Excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed by the department officers except hard rock requring blasting including shoring, strutting and bailing ot water whereever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing including all intial leads and initial lifts, etc., completed complying with standard specifications and as directed by the department officers.

Shoring, and Strutting with sheet piles of size width 400 mm x height of 4m x thickness of 9mm as per IS 2314-1986 b y driving on both sides of the trench from Ground Level up to the required depth and connecting the above sheet piles by horizontal strutting with sheet piles at an interval of 1.0m, fixing the sheet piles by connecting the horizontal strutting with casurina poles of 8cm to 10cm dia at 1.50m interval and including removing the sheet piles after the pipelines are laid, jointed, tested, and stackingit safely for other uses. It includes the cost of sheet piles and casurina poles including labour charge for erecting the sheet piles, driving the sheet piles, removing the sheet piles, fixing casurina poles,etc., complete and all other incidental charges for the depths of 0m to 4m

Supplying and spreading M sand gravel mix ratio of 1 : 1 for 10 cm thick over the top of bund and other places as required at site of work including watering and consolidation using power roller, etc, complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and laying of ready mix for M15 grade of concrete having characteristic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 -2000 using ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content 240 Kg/ Cum confirming to IS 8112 Coarse aggregate having a specific gravity 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without fly ash as per IS 383 - 1970 (2007 ) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high work ability as per IS 12269 -1987 92004 ). The inital & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 ( 2004 ) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 º C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 - 1979 ( Usual admixture - Air entraining and water reducing ). Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00 – 9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labourfor attending to paver to site etc., including hirecharges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, 9m Paver Finisher, Pneumatic Roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of 100 x 100 x 10mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 40 x 40 x 6mm Mild steel angle 3 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of Size above 2.00 m and up to 3.00 m width consist of Skin plate made out of 10 mm thick Mild Steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150 x7 5 mm ISMB 150 at an interval not more than 0.50 m and vertical stiffeners made out of 150 x 50 mm MS channel at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 10 mm thick Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and including 5 years warranty etc., complete.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made out of 200 x 100mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the Head set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm Mild Steel Round duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60 m with necessary Fish plate made out of 16 mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.20 x 0.30m 2 Nos. with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store. The top beam should be painted with two coat of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil work, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc complete

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Horn Type Head Set Assembly heavy duty (approximate 150 Kg) consist of the bottom and top portions made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut made up of gunmetal threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and including 5 years warrantyetc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 80 mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer.
