Plain cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications A PCC Grade M15 including Centering and shuttering complete.

Plain cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications PCC Grade M20 including Centering and shuttering complete.

Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications RCC Grade M25 including Centering and shuttering complete.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super?structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications as per relevant clauses of section 1600

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as per relevant clauses 305 of specifications and as per appendix 6 of IRC-78. (available excavated sandy soil in place of Granular material)

Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications and as per relevant clauses of sections 1500, 1700 and clause 2702 of specifications.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC/PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications

Transportation of Loose moorum/sand/earth/ surkhi/ cement/stone dust/hot mix asphalt material by mechaical r-transport within a lead of 1 Km including loading and unloading etc complete

Providing and fixing 50mm dia GI pipe of medium grade as railing pipe embeded in RCC pillar

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of specification.Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.) Note : for (One) 1.00 cum of compacted thickness contractor have to supply following materials 63 mm to 45 mm aggregate = 1.21 cum, screenings 11.20mm = 0..24 cum, stone dust = 0.08 cum

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per clause 601 of specification complete in all respect.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement M-30 grade concrete over a prepared sub base with cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per IRC 15 2011 and as per relevant clauses of section 602 of specifications complete but including cost of steel in dowel bar and tie rods etc.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm think laid in courses and required profile with hammer dressed stones having no side less than 15 cm, with minimum depth of 20 cm including preparing the bedding surface etc. all complete (payment for Stine to be made separately

Supplying and stacking of hard stone (for stone pitching ) 22.5 cm thick at site.

75 mm thick back filling for pitching including supplying of required materials and construction etc. complete with Moorum.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. All kinds of Soil including compaction with mechanical or manual means for preparing base for moorum padding for stone pitching.
