SYNTHETIC ATHLETIC TRACK (MAIN FOP)
Supply and installation of LED Sports Light luminaire with a U-mounting bracket and housing made of Die-cast Aluminium with polycarbonate lens having CRI > 90, SDCM<5 and CCT of 5700K and shall be compliant with IP66 and IK08 classification. Luminaire shall be designed to emit at least 178000 nominal lumens with minimum system wattage of 1620W at a system efficacy of at least 110 lumen/watt. The luminaire shall be designed so as to ensure lumen depreciation of up to 30% over 50k burning hours @ design ambient temp 35 deg C. The luminaire should have choice of Narrow beam, symmetrical medium and symmetrical wide beam suiting various applications with exposed PC optic lens. Optical compartment should be with single diffuser. No Modular design. LED floodlight with multiple optics to meet required lighting level & uniformity. The luminaire should have fins on the back to ensure good heat dissipation through ventilation fan IP 66 protection minimum 6-8 for thermos cooling and to prevent dirt from settling on the luminaire along with aiming angle scale. The luminaire should be marine salt protected, vibrations proof and wind force protected. The luminaire enables interfacing with an external light console to mix Sports Star LED with other DMX ENABLE fixtures. The electronic driver should be fully integrated and shall have a power factor >0.95 and THD <10% with a minimum inbuilt surge protection of 10kV inbuilt in the driver and suitable for an operating temperature range of -40 to 50 deg C. Light weight, luminaire weight shall be <20kg without driver. The luminaire should comply with all the required IEC and IS standards. LM79 and LM80 reports must be submitted from a NABL accredited laboratory. Luminaire and driver must have BIS certificate and the same must be submitted for record for fixture and driver (The driver and fixture are of same company).
Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of 55Mtr Top of Headframe Hot dip galvanised, polygonal high masts with fixed head frame/cross arms suitable for mounting up to 80 Nos of 1580W LED Flood lights Approx 17.7KG per Luminaire including all accessories required for mounting and assembling the mast. The height of the mast from base up to top of head frame shall be 55 mtrs. Polygonal high mast tower with fixed head frame along with provision for using man rider for accessing the head frame platform. Structural design of the high mast should be carried out as per the technical report no.7/ relevant standard and regulation. The mast should be designed considering base gust wind speed of 50m/s or as per IS 875 (applicable for Bhopal climate) and thickness of GI coating should withstand at the speed of 50m/s duly vetted from IIT/NIT/Regional Engineering College. Design, Manufacturing & Supply of 35M Stadium Mast including 5Mtr Head Frame suitable for wind speed 47M/sec. and suitable to install 20 nos. of LED luminaries in asymmetrical arrangement. The Mast shaft will be made of High Tensile Steel sheet with 450 grade steel. The Mast structure along with accessories should be hot dip galvanized with average coating of 85microns internally & externally with 0.006 silica contents. The zinc quality should be 99.99% to maintain galvanizing quality upto 25years. Stadium Mast shaft should be made in Three Sections including length of each sections should not be less than 10.98/10.98/10.39Mtr. of each Stadium Mast. Mast Top dia 350mm, Bottom dia 780mm, and sheet thickness will be 8/8/6mm (Bottom to Top) of each Mast. The dia meter of base plate should not be less than 1060mm, and Thickness of base plate 45mm. Head Frame should be 5x4.5mtr made of 5mm thick High Tensile Sheet with Top & bottom dia 350mm. PCD of Stadium Mast should not be less than 920mm suitable for 16Nos 39mm dia and 1000mm long 6.8Grade foundation bolts and 12mm thick Anchor Plate. PCD of Head frame should not be less than 430mm suitable for 8nos 24mm dia bolts. It also includes Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Erection & Commissioning of one set common for all 4mast man rider to carry 300kg load for maintenance purpose. It also includes Single dome aviation obstruction light TLL Make LED AOL (2Nos per Mast). Supply of Accessories required such as Double drum Double Gear (DDMFO) winch to lift the weight of 1000kg, 6mm 316 grade diameter SS wire rope with cupper end terminals, integral power tool motor, manual handle. It also includes Bull Dog grip, Torque Limitor, D-Clamp, Hardware box and other accessories. Stadium Mast OEM should have the NABL certification for Mast Structure to maintain the quality of products. High Mast will be inspected at Manufacturing plant before despatch of material. Stadium Mast Galvanizing bath should not be less than 14.3 meter long to maintain galvanizing quality of mast. No Trading and branding allowed specially for Stadium Mast. Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of high-quality integral Dimmbale LED Flood Light with a minimum system lumen of 38000 Lm and system wattage not exceeding 300 W with a nominal efficiency 125 lumen/watt. CCT of 5700K with SDCM of < 5 and CRI : 70. The housing should be of non-corrosive high-pressure die-cast aluminum to with stand extreme environments. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. with PF > 0.95. Lifetime of 50K hours @L70. Product should be suitable for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP 66 with an IK rating of 09. Optical and control gear compartments shall be maintainable/ replaceable without impacting the LED units. Luminaire should have options of symmetrical beam, asymmetrical and arrow beam angles. The access to the optical and the gear compartment should be separate. While accessing the gear compartment, the optical compartment should not be accessible. The Luminaire should have a 20 KV /10 KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. The Luminaire should have a breather to ensure that air balance inside and outside of the Compartment The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The wattage of each LED should be greater than 1 watt and less than 3 Watt. Only high power Single white LED chip with ceramic based suitable for outdoor use is allowed.
