Disconnection of the console panel form main supply to isolate the system for the repairing/ renovation of console Panel of filter bed no- 01 to 20 at filter house (South) HPWW – II.

Removing the out lived, burnt and overheated control wiring from the system of the panels carefully and isolating the panel.

Removing/dismantling all defective switch gears such as switch disconnectors, control relays, push buttons and indicating lamps etc. as per the site requirement.

SITC of the following switch gears and accessories in the existing panel. A. Switch Dis-connector 32 Amps. Make - L&T/DJB Approved.

B) Power contactor4 Pole with standard coil voltage,110 VOLTS 50 h/z as per the existing model MN-12. Make - L&T/DJB Approved.

C) Bimetallic over load relay suitable for the above with blocks Make - L&T/DJB Approved.

D) Shrouded push button actuator (2 Position) complete (Red, Yellow, Green and Black). Make - DJB Approved.

E) Shrouded indicator light with element, screw & bulb 110 Volts complete as required (Red, Green, Yellow, Black and Blue). Make – DJB Approved

F) Fabrication/ fixing of name plates for indicator lamps & Push Buttons.

Thorough cleaning of Step-Down transformer by using CTC/MTO and checking the connection and inter-connections and finally Varnishing with Dr. Beck F-Class insulation varnish and baking the same. Testing of the Transformers.

Rewiring of the panel with suitable sized copper conductor wire, with thimble and lugs.

Making arrangement for the operation of the installed actuators by checking the existing wiring connections including replacing any defected wirings a per site requirement.

Testing and commissioning of the panel on no load and on full load after completion of the above works as per site requirement.

Painting of the console panel with two or more coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of steel primer after cleaning the surface and preparing the base as required.
