M & L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with binder content (paving bitumen) of 4% by weight of total mix and 1.5% cement filler all as specified and directed.

Note: The work shall be executed by using hot mix plant & mechanical paver. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for cement filler

Repairs to pot holes exc 30 mm depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder with 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed rolled with power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 100 mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium corbonate inter filler thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc. complete all as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for road side berms to required gradient and removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for approved moorum/red bajri in road berms,spread in roads berms 100 mm spread thickness rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with light roller of capacity not less than 0.5 tonne complete all as specified and directed.
