Repairing and Cleaning of Engine Radiator up to 40 KVA EA Set

Supplying and laying of following size of pvc insulated pvc sheathed 1.1 kv grade Aluminium conductor cable confirming to relevant IS-Specification i/c fixing on wall surface with suitable GI Shaddle /in air a/w GI Wire /in pipe /in recess /ground etc complete as reqd. (Make -Polycab/havells/finolex)- (a) 2 x 6 Sqmm weather proof

(b) 4 x 16 Sqmm armoured

S/F of 63 amps four pole off load change over switch in sheet steel enclosure capable of working 415/500 V i/c fixing the same on wall /pole with suitable clamp/fastner i/c drilling hole , making connection, earthing the body etc. complete as reqd. (HPL or SS Make)

S/fixing of wire braded fuel pipe complete for i/c connection, testing etc complete as required

S/fixing of V-Belt for up to 40 kva EA set i/c connection, testing etc complete as required

Extension of exhaust fume pipe i/c S/ fixing of 2" dia MS pipe (approx-2 mtr) , clamp,nutbolt, cutting, welding etc as reqd.

Disconnection and dismentalling of alternator coupled with 15 KVA EA set i/c disconnection from coupling and cables etc complete as required.

To and fro cartage of faulty 15 KVA alternator from TE Sisendi, Lucknow to workshop i/c loading , unloading etc complete as reqd.

Rewinding of 15 KVA Alternator with suitable size winding wire i/c winding of rotor coil, stator coil and exicetor coil complete with insulation paper, warnish testing etc complete as required. (The old burnt winding wire is handed over to contactor, rate should quote accordingly).

Installation of above alternator after repairing with the existing Engine making coupling, alignment and making all terminations, testing at suitable load for one hour etc complete as required.
