Rate should be quoted of per MT silt/slurry removal basis including dumping at Dhapa dumping yard and inclusive the provision of engagement three driver of Highly skilled category and 9 workers of skilled category per machine. Rate also be inclusive routine & preventive maintenance of machine, as described in maintenance schedule in general conditions of contract, inclusive cost of diesel, cost of lubricants etc and including cost of necessary safety equipments and uniform (annually)of workers . Rate also be inclusive provision of one Supervisor per machine to execute the work smoothly including all applicable taxes and charges if any. The period of contract is for five years, the tenderer should quote their rate accordingly. Fuel/Diesel/Lubricant are to be provided by the tenderer. In this regard, bidder may consider approx 60 liter fuel consumption per machine per shift(8 hour). The tenderer may also consider average 24 working days in month for estimation purpose. At the time of distribution of machine, total numbers of machine will be counted from L-1 bidder to up to the bidders to attain required quantity of machine(3 nos.). Rest of the bidder will not be awarded any machine.
